All the staff from the front office to Dr. Kennedy were very professional, efficient, and welcoming. Dr. Kennedy has the best bedside manner. He and the assistant made me feel very comfortable. This was my first experience having a root canal. Dr. Kennedy was very knowledgeable. I had always heard horror stories about it. But I never felt any discomfort or pain at all. And someone called me the next day to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend this office for any procedures.

I have had 2 root canals done here over the last 10 years. One didn't go as planned. An infection set in a couple of years later and I returned to have Dr. Ewing look at it.

One quick x-ray and prob and he confirmed that something had caused it to get reinfected. Without hesitation he assured me that he would stand by his original work and one week later he did a second procedure on the affected area at no charge. I'm back good as new! Great clinic! There was not much wait time after arriving for my appointment. I was cared for during the whole procedure and was informed on what was taking place. Felt comfortable during the whole process. Dr. Shawn Kennedy and his assistant were in sync during the whole procedure. I received a follow up call the day after to see how I was doing. The whole staff were very nice and helped keep my anxiety level down.

Dr. Johnson has a very caring bedside manner, walks you through the procedure. Also, his assistant was very attentive as well. Front staff is friendly. And, the x ray technician does a great job. Teeth work for anyone is no fun, yet these folks try their best to make it as painless and comfortable as possible.

I recently had a root canal done and I have to say that everyone involved was friendly and compassionate. I called the day before with questions and the person at the front desk found the answers, if she didn’t know. All were patient with me as well. I highly recommend the doctor who did my procedure. They made sure I was comfortable at every stage.

Dr Kennedy is awesome! The root canal that he performed on me did not hurt, and the shot he gave me just felt like a slight pinch. The next day there was no pain either. He and his assistant, Danielle, made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Kudos to Dr Kennedy!!

I was very happy with my experience at Carlolina Mountain Endodontics. I had made an appointment a few days out for an evaluation on a "problem" tooth, but then my pain level increased quite a bit. When I called them, they were able to not only see me sooner for an evaluation, but also perform a root canal that same day. Dr. Johnson and the staff were all very kind and professional. Dr. Johnson took the time to answer all of my questions, and seemed truly concerned for my well-being. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience for me. I found Dr. Ewing to be very compassionate and professional. If you are in need, I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Johnson explained what he was going to do as he worked so there were no surprises. He used a block to keep my mouth open and put a cloth over my forward which covered my eyes. I was very comfortable, could have gone to sleep. I feel like they are as up to date as it gets. Very thankful to have found this DDS.

They were very quick to schedule my appt! Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable! The dentist described the procedure and wanted to know if I had any questions. They couldn't do my Root canal because of infection. But I'm rescheduled and tooth is feeling better from what they were able to do.

I got an infection and was in a ton of pain, they squeezed me in last minute and even treated same day. They’ve all been beyond kind and helpful in answering all my questions and making sure i was comfortable during the root canals. Even when i called after hrs they were very attentive and kind. Can’t recommend enough!

My dentist began a root canal but was not able to complete it. He scheduled with Carolina Mountain Endodontics who graciously were able to get me in the next day. This well staffed, clean and well equipped office efficiently prepared me for the procedure. Dr. Ewing evaluate my case and explained why it was difficult, what he would do and the possible outcomes. The actual procedure was done efficiently and I was kept informed about what was going on throughout. In the end he was able to successfully complete the root canal, fully instruct me on after procedure care. Extremely satisfied and thankful for Carolina Mountain Endodontics and Dr. Ewing.

The entire experience was excellent. The office staff was friendly, the doctor's assistant was great, and Dr. Johnson was phenomenal. Smooth procedure and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

My root canal was a great experience all the staff were extremely friendly, hardly any wait time to get me in and the procedure went very smoothly with Dr Kennedy.
I've had little to no pain at all afterwards.

I absolutely recommend this place! Quick and made me very comfortable. They worked on my root canal and I feel they did an amazing job with the repair. Dr. Givens was fantastic and his nurse asst. the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming! Thank you!!!

Dr. Kennedy, his assistant, and the staff were all just great. Their professionalism was superb, the equipment obviously state of the art, and there was no wait time at any point. Dr. Kennedy has a terrific outgoing personality and a cool sense of humor; who knew a root canal could be fun !

I enjoy everyone's friendly attitudes and how they walk you through every step of the process during your visit. This was my 2nd and 3rd root canals with them and even though I've been in pain they have been extremely helpful and caring about your aftercare and follow up to see how you're doing. I definitely recommend them.

I traveled 2 hours to see Dr. Kennedy for a root canal. I've been a nurse for over 40 years, Dr. Kennedy and his staff made me feel at home and like I was truly being taken care of, something that is rare to find these days. In 1980 when I started nursing we cared for patients from the heart.....Dr. Kennedy not only has exceptional expertise, but also expertise in treating from the heart!!! Aggie also..

Let me just tell you how amazing these people are. I was terrified and from the first phone call to schedule my appointment, to the appointment, to a wellness phone call AFTER my appointment. The entire staff was polite, kind, helpful, and very professional. Love them!

This was the best experience I've ever had the most respectful people work at this office very helpful and not to mention the endodontist was so reassuring and professional not many people in today's world are as professional and caring as I seen here. I was so worried and scared but when I got there and saw everyone's behavior My heart was set at ease. The level of professionalism, was remarkable thank you all for caring so much for someone such as myself may God bless you all 😊
