The staff at Home Decor Outlets were outstanding! From the moment I entered the door on the first time, I was greeted with a hello from a young lady who immediately came over and introduced herself. She let me look and when I had questions she came over and answered them all. I came back the next day and made the purchase. I was greeted with a nice hello once again and the expectation was set as to when I would receive my items. I got them earlier than expected. My third visit to pick up my items was also pleasant! The door was held open by the same young lady as I was greeted. One of my items were not in stock, but the staff/manager made the proper adjustments to make it right. The store was clean and all the workers I came in contact with were very helpful. Hats off to the two gentlemen who loaded my furniture! They were very cautious and made sure it all fit well into my truck. I will be back again.

Bill was AWESOME!!! He kept me updated on the availability of my couch and gave me all the information I needed to make sure it would fit properly in my apartment. He's so personable, funny, and just an all around kind soul. Definitely happy with my purchase and the delivery and set up were super quick as well. Would definitely purchase from this establishment again in the future!!

I had a total replacement knee and doing all my prep had decided a recliner would be a necessity for me. ( this was not smart on my part!) Two days home and in lots of pain I decided I needed one and fast. My son and daughter-in-law had visited Home Decor Outlet 2 weeks prior look for apartment sized living room furniture. He had a great experience with selection and their speedy delivery availability. He suggested that I give them a call remembering they had a great selection of recliners. I looked online at their website and seeing several I liked I didn’t get my hopes up as to available stock. I got Jordan when I called and she seemed eager to help. She was able to verify the recliner I liked was in stock. She was able to take payment and arrange delivery for the very next day. I had done this at 5:30 PM on a Thursday. By 5pm on Friday I was sitting in my recliner so much more comfortable than I had been in 3 days. The ability to pay by phone with an actual invoice sent to me and confirmations done via text message was so easy. The delivery guys were super nice, quick and kept me updated with phone calls as to their arrival. I was in a bind and could not have found a better place to help in my recovery. Thank you Jordan and to all who helped. Really great job, professional and easy to work with. Super satisfied customer!!!!!!

Thanks Bill for being very helpful in getting what I needed. My order was there at the store in a timely manner just like I was promised and his knowledge of what I wanted and was looking for made me decide to make another purchase in the future. This place is your one stop shop! The staff are so professional, passionate and personable. They do an amazing job working with your budget!! Jason Prescott the vice president of sale was dynamic! He made me feel like a valued customer not just another consumer! Jason and his staff was very professional! I will be returning very soon for more great furniture and outstanding customer service!!

Excellent service. Ryan assisted us. Very, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had been looking for a sofa sectional for several weeks. Not one salesperson came close to the service and assistance compared to what we received here. Centrally located, easy parking, showroom was not fancy but very functional. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

This is my second time purchasing with Home Decor and I am so happy to say both of the sale representatives are still the same and very nice people and helpful through the entire process. They made the process through the difficulties of COVID delaying material much easier and informative. The whole crew is super nice and helpful every time we have came in. Its nice to walk into a place where people enjoy actually making the customers happy!! Derrick and Jasmine were awesome today! We are super happy with the bedroom set, especially the mattresses we got!! Haven't slept this good in a long time! Highly recommend this place!

My entire experience was excellent. The Manager was delightful to work with and we are both originally from Pittsburgh. My sofa and ottoman were able to be delivered the very day I made my purchase. Everything went smoothly and was fantastic!

Great people and great customer service! Only negative was that my furniture took 2 months to arrive due to covid which was no fault of the store. I got updates every time I called and once it came I got fast, prompt delivery! I would definitely do business with them again.

Home decor is very honest and trustworthy. I ordered a tv stand from them,was told it would take about a week and it actually came in a few days and the store clerk put it together for me.... The stand is beautiful and the picture does no justice for what you see in person... I love you guys and will definitely be bringing more of my business to you guys. I have used Home Decor Outlets for years and have never been disappointed. My previous furniture was purchased here and was great for many years. I did lots of research before making this purchase but am glad I went with Home Decor. This set is great, it sits very well, and is modern. I love how the cushions are velcroed to the bottom. I love the choice I made. My family loves the sofas also.

Ryan and Bill were extremely helpful in getting my furniture to me. Although there was a waiting time due to COVID-19 they always did everything possible to keep me informed of the arrival of my missing pieces. I would recommend Home Decor Outlet to all my family and friends cause their customer service is top notch.

So far so good,.... the crew was very helpful and informing about everything I asked. I like the furniture a lot for my budget! Waiting on a delivery today...we will see how this goes before I give (or take) a star....

Update: Funiture was delivered the same day! Also, was told that my headboard was cracked and I would have to wait to get it but it was delivered with no damage! Excited! Thank you guys!! 5stars!

As a single mom cost, value, and commitment are some extremely important things to me.The managmemt team has been amazing here. They not only helped me pick my furniture out for my family of four but always made sure to welcome me and talk me through all my purchases to make sure it was the right fit. Anytime I had questions or problems I would go to the manager there and him and his DM would always go above and beyond to make sure it was personal and to make you feel like your important. I am definitely going back for my twins bed sets soon. I would recommend them to anyone looking for some great furniture and amazing customer service.

I have bad credit and just got approved without a downpayment! Jasmine: thank you for working so hard to get me approved! Derrick: thank you for showing me what i wanted within my credit limit! Y'all spent almost 2 hours helping me figure out what I wanted and you rock! The whole sales team acts as just that; a team. Its rare and refreshing to see a store that works together even when its busy to get everyone taken care of and make sure each customer leaves the store happy. Prices are great for the quality. It was worth the hour and a half drive to shop there.

John and Bill are great. You should definitely go and see them. I just bought my living room set for $499 and only had to come out of pocket $49. All delivered same day. This store really helped me when I needed them too.

Great experience with the representative named Bill (I think it’s his name). I wanted a particular sofa, it wasn’t available. I left the store, Bill researched, located the sofa, called me back with great results, The sofa was delivered today. The representative was very nice and went the extra mile.

Purchased a bedroom set and two mattress sets from them in the past and was very pleased with everything from the prices to the service, so naturally I went back for my newest purchase. Buying options are great and customer service is on point. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to keep Home Decor Outlet at the top of my shopping options.
