Cute Park Circle neighborhood pond and park to take the family and dog for a walk. We love feeding ducks and geese year round. It's always nice to see a new batch of baby geese. Several concrete benches sprinkled through out and under beautiful old oak trees. The pond is a short walk from Park Circle center and businesses off Spruill Avenue. It could be a nice place for a picnic at one of the concrete tables but there are no drinking fountains or restrooms. A small playground and some dredging of the pond (super shallow from years of build up) along with restrooms would make this park perfect.

Love stopping here to view the pond with all the wildlife. This is our old childhood neighborhood with many memories.

Wonderful little park, great for a picnic or just a walk. I love coming here with my partner to feed the geese and ducks. There are a few vending machines where you can get food for them for 25¢ or you can bring food with you. Remember bread isn't good for birds, instead being grapes, peas, oats, or something similar.

It's a beautiful little Park. You'll come across little ducks Turtles white geese regular geese. The only complaint that I have is the edible food dispenser is completely empty. There's two of them located but they are completely up to the last time I was there. But this would quarter it would dispense a handful of food for the animals. Very nice walk around the little Lake. Lots of shade. In a very nice variety of flowers. Would like a nice walk this is a great place to go

Quarterman Park or the duck pond at Park circle as we've always referred to it was beautiful! There were nice cool shady places to sit and relax and watch the ducks even on a hundred degree day. The gardener who is looking after the plants is doing an excellent job from the wild flowers to the elephant ears everything was gorgeous. I enjoyed walking around the perimeter of the lake and then relaxing in the shade.

The ducks are just trying to earn a living. The geese are strutting around, pretending that they are swans, but they are not. Their Canadian cousins are stopping traffic to cross the street when they can clearly fly. A bunch of other rando birds are just hanging around. Any self-respecting loon would steer clear of this place, but it’s a nice spot for a walk. Oh, they have turtles too.

It was a perfect experience, meeting people from all over , now calling Charleston home, we felt very welcome, and we're able to watch regulars shrimping and crabbing and understanding the process. It was a wonderful opportunity to mingle with locals..we enjoyed the visit immensely

Beautiful to walk around and see all the ducks, geese, fish, and even turtles. Make sure you bring a roll of quarters with you to buy food to feed the animals.

If you like feeding birds and waterfowls, this is your place. Bring some poultry feed, NOT breads. Breads is not good for them

Lovely quiet place. Canadian geese, 2 small alligators, fishes and turtle are what you'll find in their pond. There was gentleman actually fishing from there.

This is a great place to walk around the duck pond, relax on a bench and meditate. Bring your kids as they will love to feed the ducks, geese, and swans that hang out here.its free and offers a relaxing experience for us to unwind from the real world. And if you get hungry while there, The Park Circle are offers a variety of places.

It’s not a big park but that is part of what makes it so great, it’s never too busy and has plenty of parking. I love the water and all the beautiful birds that chill here. I definitely recommend going out to this park if you fill like seeing a bit of nature and catching a breath of fresh air. P.S. don’t forget to bring your camera.
