Drain Masters

I can not express how amazing they are. We used paschal and a few others that charged 5 time the amount and didn't fix it. Called these guys,got some one fast and they fixed it for way less and the first time. Amazing!! Won't go to anyone else. Also we had Cody and he was just super sweet and good at his job!

Cannot say enough about how great it was to work with this company. We were having warranty work done, so no great profit for them, but through both visits, Waylon far exceeded my expectations and, in fact, did work beyond what was required. He also gave free advice on a bathroom we are looking to remodel. He worked quickly, and left the area perfectly clean. I would recommend them without reservation, and they'll be our first call whenever we need a plumbing contractor.

We’ve had various technicians come out from this company over the years and all have been helpful. We had Kody come yesterday and he awesome! His ability to quickly discern the garbage disposal needed to be replaced and his efficiency, stood out. Additionally, Taylor who runs their phones is exactly who you want in customer service.

Came out to repair a leak in my shower that another company messed up on install. Took them less than 2 hours and put things back and cleaned up. Have used them before for septic tank clean out and a toilet issue.. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing job.

These guys are awesome!! Our water heater broke on a Friday and it is a special size which had to be ordered from Ohio. They had it in the next day and scheduled the replacement immediately. I can't say enough about their customer service, professionalism and caring spirits. Stephanie is the best!!

Last night we had to call drain masters out because our sewer had backed up into our house. It was very easy to get ahold of them with it being after hours, and it didn’t take much time at all for them to send someone to our house. The man that showed up was Dakota. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He gave us some tips and tricks to help prevent that mess from happening again. He also recommended running a camera down our lines because we have had the same problem lately. Because of his friendly demeanor and knowledge he has convinced us that we will likely use drain masters from now on for all our plumbing needs.

Jimmy Sterling with Drain Masters fixed plumbing problems we have had for over 3 years in our offices. Other plumbers never seemed to fix the issues. He did it the first time he visited, resolved the problems at very little cost. We have paid a few thousand over the last 3 years and the issue wasn't resolved by 3 other plumbing companies. He spent an hour and the cost of labor and parts was under $300 and he fixed the problems. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and what was needed to fix the problem. He is very good at what he does, very honest guy, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Both bathroom sinks were completely clogged. Dakota came from Drain Masters in Pocola and cleaned out the pipes. Now they both drain like a champ. He was extremely pleasant and took the time to go over what had been done and other things that needed attention. Everyone we talked with from Drain Masters seemed pleasant. Good experience.

Cody arrived exactly the time as scheduled, ready to work and very polite. He listened to our concerns and explained our options very clearly, with regards to choosing a type of new toliet, which was ordered and installed the next day.
We also had a clogged sink. He knew immediately where to locate the clog in our kitchen sink, saving valuable time.
We used this Drain Masters 2 years ago for a new Hot Water Heater, Garbage Deposal, and new hall Toliet and was very satisfied then and now.
The rate was really fair and when I called to schedule, they were quick to respond.
I appreciate and recommend Cody for any future work.
He cleaned up the work area perfectly.
He actually shined my stainless steel kitchen sink !

Was out of town working and needed a plumber to go out to my house out in the country in Shady Point to work on the plumbing on a Saturday. Made a couple calls to some “local” plumbers. After getting nowhere I asked for recommendations on FB and got a referral for Drain Masters in Pocola. They sent a guy straight out there and he was able to get everything back up and going pretty quickly. Then on Monday they called and checked up on how everything was and made sure we was happy with the tech they had sent out. They will be my first call next time.

As a maintanence supervisor for a large commercial and residential property leasing company I would like to reccomend Dakota Wofford of Drain Masters Pluming for services such as sewer blockage removal, sewer pipe replacement , line locating, remodel plumbing and other services. Dakota and the crew at Drain Masters have all been very prompt and professional when on our jobs and have always did their best to keep costs under controll, some jobs even came in under bid.

Called for septic tank to be pumped out. Was told they would be out next afternoon. Next afternoon Dakota and Mitchel came out and pumped tank out. They were very polite and shared tips on how to continue keeping my septic system working properly. Price wasn’t bad either. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend their service.

William came to repair leaking copper line to hot water tank. Very kind , polite and professional, bill was very reasonable. Did a wonderful job. Will use his service again! Thank you for quick repair!

I've been having so many issues lately and most of them start with not knowing what I'm doing. I get guys out to my house constantly telling me one thing after another and it always seems to be wrong. Dakota came out and put my mind at ease. He was very knowledgeable with this trade and filled me in on everything I needed to know. I very much appreciated the service and insight he brought to the table I will be using drain masters again.

I had a different company come out first and it was a horrible experience. A friend of mine referred me to Drain Masters and I’m glad she did. The office staff was pleasant, helpful and got someone out here quick. I had 3 different technicians who were great. I had to have a drain unclogged and a few days later my septic tank emptied. Both were profession, friendly and knowledgeable about what they doing. I was very pleased and they will definitely get my return business. I will also refer them to my family and friends.

CJ and Jake came out and fixed our water problem. They did a great job and were very nice. We appreciate that Drain Masters always comes running when we call. Customer for 24 years.
