My husband and I went looking for a bed. Don greeted us right away.
He showed us the mattresses we were looking for. We also looked at beds until we came across what is perfect for the spare room.
Don was very helpful and patient. We found such a great deal that we bought the night stand and chest as well.
Free delivery and set up was great too. We plan to go back in the future.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately struck by its vastness and the expansive array of furniture in every direction. Despite the abundance of staff, I appreciated that they didn't overwhelm me with attention. The associate who eventually assisted me initially appeared a bit reserved, but as our conversation progressed, he warmed up and became more engaging. His knowledge about the products I was interested in was impressive. Ultimately, I purchased a bed and a couch. The delivery process was smooth, with the team arriving promptly and working diligently to set everything up. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will certainly be returning for future furniture needs. I highly recommend this store to others! Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional service.

My husband and I dropped into Scott’s today, just to browse. Sheila greeted us after we walked in. She gave us the general layout of the store and some information about the manufacturers and let us look around. She answered every question we had, was very well informed, and very patient when I changed my mind about a sofa a couple times. We couldn’t ask for more from a sales person. The store it self had a huge selection of furniture to choose from, with most of it being in stock and ready to take home. Overall it was a great experience.

We went to 3 furniture stores looking for a new couch set, and Don at Scott’s furniture was the nicest and most patient salesman for us! He kept us updated the entire process, and we now have the couch of our dreams! Thank you so much Don and Scott’s furniture!!

Absolutely great experience from each department! After moving states away Scotts was the first place recommended to me and my first and only stop for furniture. Gorgeous furniture with a plethora of choices and reasonable prices. The gentleman Brian who helped me (tremendously) was friendly, accommodating, polite, and made the whole experience more enjoyable and took virtually all the stress and worry out of a very stressful time. I had my purchase delivered and it got here extremely quickly. I was overjoyed with how both men not only went above and beyond making sure each piece was protected but also was handled with extreme care! Both Chris & Dakota blew me away with how careful, courteous, professional, polite and kind they are. They were also very efficient and quick with unloading, placement and set up. These gentlemen even went the extra mile and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I will absolutely be a repeat customer for all future furniture purchases! Scott's has such amazing dedicated staff and really create a family atmosphere. How they treat/interact with customers and execute their jobs flawlessly is a direct reflection of management and the owners! Thanks again for absolutely everything!

I love my sofa! Delivery was timely, and the whole process, including assembly, took just a few minutes. The service was polite and professional, also.

We have purchased several items from this store. The staff has always been top notch. Shout out to Shelia Walker for the great sales experience and the fellows on Truck 2 who delivered the furniture. They were polite, neat, and took a great deal of pride in their work. Great store and great folks working there!

We purchased a dining set that was new to Scott's and Sheila knew all about it. Sheila Walker is such a helpful sales woman. We always ask for her, she is very knowledgeable and never pushy! We will continue to buy furniture from Scotts. Great furniture, great sales staff all at affordable prices.

We went to Scott’s Furniture today searching for a sectional for our unique living room layout. We were helped by Shelia Walker. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! She gave us the general areas for what we might be looking for. She left us to look around and wanted us to just let her know if we had any questions. When we found one we liked, she came right over and answered our questions. We were fairly decided on the set we looked at the most. But Shelia made it a sale by not pressuring us and being so upfront and honest. One of the best experiences we've ever had working with any sales associate. The delivery drivers were very courteous and mindful of our walls and floors when bringing in the furniture. Our shopping experience was very pleasant and our sales rep, Cody, was great! I would definitely shop at Scott’s again.

Today was my first time going to Scott’s Furniture and it won’t be my last. Laura greeted me as I walked in, but didn’t hover around me while I looked. When I was ready to ask some questions about certain pieces of furniture she was there to answer each and every question. She was even able to get my selections on the delivery truck today. I couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish. I will definitely be going back when I’m needing furniture.

The store offers a nice selection of goods in a clean environment. Sheila was very informative and helpful. Very courteous and prompt delivery, no 3rd party. All are Scott employees..Delivery is FREE, unlike many furniture stores!

I went in today to look for some end tables. We were greeted by Don. He allowed us time to walk through the store and did not push us. He was able to answer our questions. We purchased two tables and plan to purchase two more. Good prices.

I have never had as good of a furniture buying experience as I had at Scott’s Furniture Store. The staff were very friendly and had the perfect couch for me! Delivery was smooth and the whole experience was one I will not forget. Definitely going back for my other furniture needs!

I found a sectional that I absolutely love.
The delivery guys, Cody and Eli are terrific. They are just friendly and personable guys. Actually in the store was the same experience. If you want new furniture, I highly recommend checking out Scott’s Furniture in Cleveland, TN.
