Crossroads Family Dentistry

I needed to see a dentist for tooth pain several months post root canal and my current dentist was sending me to someone 1 1/2 hours away. I read Google reviews and found this dental office that can do root canals etc along with typical procedures and they were 10 minutes away. They got me in the next day and were very thorough and didn't rush me. They were friendly and efficient. They listened to me and made me feel comfortable. We chose a conservative plan for the future. I asked to repeat x-rays that I had just had at my previous dentist because the tech took them over and over stating the machine was not working right and they couldn't get a good shot. I expected to pay for that myself but Crossroads did discount a portion of it for me without me asking. They have good, current equiptment with the latest technology. I plan to be a long term patient here.

My 8 year old daughter had a dental emergency and they were able to get her in the next day and were wonderful with her. They explained everything as they were doing it and it was such an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend Crossroads Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I have had a wonderful experience with Crossroads Family Dentistry. Honestly, I only chose them because they were the closest to my work in network, but I am so glad! I am a very anxious person, but everyone here makes me feel so much better the second I arrive. My first visit was a cleaning/checkup and the dental hygienist was super nice and did a wonderful job. The receptionists are so, so sweet and will sit down and talk to you about the cost of procedures. When I needed to schedule some dental work, a sweet lady came back after the cleaning and we discussed cost and payment plans. Then she let me schedule the two appointments I needed right then and there. They let me schedule early appointments, which really took some of the anxiety away--because dental work is stressful but missing work is even more stressful! The day of my second appointment I was nervous, but they were very, very kind and helped me feel comfortable. I still have one more appointment to go and then I'll just be seeing them every six months, but I will be looking forward to my visits! If you need a dentist in the Belle Meade area, give them a call! You won't regret it :)

I put off going to the dentist for a long long time just because I didn't want to deal with all the extra and I think that everybody in that office understood that when I walked in the door. They've been nothing but gentle and genuine and authentic and kind and real and helpful and wonderful, and I just can't say enough good things about how comfortable and how genuinely Pleasant they are as a group..

I had a lot of anxiety about going back to the dentist after a particularly bad experience, but I finally decided I couldn't put off a checkup forever. I'm glad I chose this practice, because I found it to be staffed by skilled professionals who were able to accomodate me and my concerns. I feel I am in good care here and would recommend this office to anyone else who might not be willing to go back to the dentist.

This is a great place. I finally found a nice respectable dental service. Prices are reasonable if paying out of pocket. The entire staff is nice and professional.

I visited Crossroads Family Dentistry for the first time time today and had a wonderful experience! The hygienist who performed all of the X-rays and cleaned my teeth did an excellent job. She was so nice and gentle. She explained everything so well and continued to ask if I was okay throughout the process. This was the best experience with a teeth cleaning that I have ever had! Dr Lopez, and the rest of the staff that I encountered today, were all amazing! I even had a great experience with scheduling the appointment and the check out process. Everyone was so professional and so nice. I will definitely return and I have already recommended Crossroads Family Denistry to others!

The entire staff is amazing, each one with their own personality and all welcoming to the old faces and new. I've been a patient at this location for almost 7 years and it's been great. You won't be disappointed with the service you receive here.

I chipped a front tooth and Dr Daroca got me in and fixed quickly.. Marley took good care of me too.

Lisa is a fantastic hygienist - very careful and gentle. She coached me in a new way to brush my teeth which has completely changed the health of my mouth. I am grateful for her.

Best dental office I’ve been to! The staff is very professional! I have a lot of anxiety whenever I’m due for a cleaning but the hygienist is very nice and gentle during my cleaning. I highly recommend this office!

This is the best Dentist I've been to. The office front desk and staff are great! A bit pricey though.

The office is very clean. The staff is very pleasant and do their best to help you with your needs with your teeth as well as cost

They make it a great experience for my young daughter every visit. She feels so comfortable going to the dentist.
