Microsoft Store

Very nice set up...everything is hands on where you can touch and try out the options available. The staff were very friendly, even to an older person like me who doesn't fit the typical gamer or tech profile. Lota of space with a great selection of products.

Very nice and helpful people at this store. Reps are very knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me. Vast selection of various electronics.

Went there with my daughter so she could have a class on preparing to run a business. Dennis did a great job teaching the class! It's nice that they have a lot of free classes for children.

Of course, the store and the product look fantastic, too. I own a Microsoft Surface Pro and I am very pleased with it.

I strongly recommend the store and the products, especially over that inferior company with the half - eaten fruit as its logo.

This was our first time ever at a Microsoft Store. The staff was very nice and quick to help. They were knowledgeable with all products and did not follow you around forcing products on you, unlike the fruit store below them. We will be back soon to purchase a surface tablet.

It was a pleasure shopping there. I went more than once trying to figure out what I wanted to get and make sure that it would do what I need it to do. The staff was very understanding and willing to answer question. They did not make me feel as if I was annoying them with my questions. And they even showed me a few things while I was there. They treated me respectfully and were friendly. They even offered me coffee and juice as it took a long time to set me up. They made sure I got out the door with a ready to work computer all set up, even though hey had closed during the setting up process. They did not rush me at any point. They all somehow participated in my purchase and all had good vibes and spirit.

I would like to thank the managers and the Microsoft team at this store for helping me today especially Debbie who advocated on my behalf. After a long drawn out struggle and dealing with the insensitivity of Best Buy and Microsoft Customer Service (had it went on any longer it would had ruined my loyalty and relationship with the Microsoft company) I had my doubts before walking in to this Microsoft store seeing that I had to drive two hours away home in Huntsville, AL to Nashville, TN just to get this hashed out.
However, after receiving the quality customer service that this store provided my loyalty with Microsoft is on the path of restoration. This small ordeal has taught me that when it come to electronics ALWAYS buy them from the brands store never a third party like Best Buy or Amazon unless its necessary, because some of them will NOT tell you about brand company policies etc. as it pertains to technical issues, warranty, insurance etc. Always inquire about any type of persisting technical issues or any type of warranty/insurance on any "expensive" device that is purchased. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
The team was very kind which was a huge difference from the people I've dealt with in Customer Service over the phone. They in-store team also taught me a lot about my device. Overall, I am fairly happy with how things got worked out. I hope that in the future Microsoft can minimize the hassle customers have to go through in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Companies thrive on it.

Wow!!! I love Microsoft and I love this store! The people were great, the girl scouts where here learning about coding and my technical support was fast and painless. Micro Soft you have done your stores right. Thank you so much!!!

The staff are unbelievably helpful and go WAY out of their way to help you. I needed specific hardware for my business to run, they helped. I needed help with a complicated Excel issue, they helped again. I can't even remember everything they have helped me with! I can’t talk highly enough about the crew they have there. Summit Patel and John Vincent ALWAYS respond to emails and are highly knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough.

I had some issues with my Xbox that was still under warranty, so made an appointment and got it replaced very quickly and easily. I Was treated very well and the employees were very helpful. I am very satisfied with how I was treated here.

Service at this store was amazing. Manager went above and beyond with his sales team to get me the keyboard I had my heart set on 🤩 we appreciated how knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating everyone was! 10/10 recommend

Love this place. We always used to come to see the laptops and watch fortnite tourneys. Also had a great experience when they fixed my Surface Book in 5 minutes.

Very nice store with a wide selection of Microsoft products as well as other brands such as Dell and Alienware. Helpful staff without being pushy. They have several virtual reality rigs set up to demo. Also, Xbox systems to demo. Right over the Apple store.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in with a warranty issue and they fixed it with no problems and free of charge! The store itself is great! Very clean and stylish layout.

Super helpful although I recommend making an appointment, regardless what day of the week or what time you visit. I went first thing on a Tuesday and had to wait like an hour but the service was awesome, they went out of their way to help.

They were very informative and they have so many awesome ways to involve the kid's. I will be signing me and my son up for some of the activities. Thank you!

Good store, even though I don't necessarily shop for Microsoft products. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, attributed to the lack of guests in the store most likely.

Black Friday was less crowded than I thought & was quickly helped for questioned I had as well as purchase I made. Even got a free Xbox shirt out of it!

Pretty good customer service. Not usually too crowded. And on certain nights there are game events for kids, with prizes.
