Green Hills Family Dentistry

As someone who avoided dentists for years due to terrible experiences, this was the first time in my life that I felt genuinely cared for and at peace in the chair. They were absolute angels, so kind, gentle, and really took their time with me. There was absolutely no judgement, just helpful advice along the way, and they even set up a plan to get my smile back on track in a way that actually felt attainable (coming from someone that lives paycheck to paycheck).

Trust me, I thought I was going to hate/avoid dentists my whole life until I step foot in their office. If you’re the same way, please give them a try.

I came here as a new patient this week. Anesthesia and numbing agents don’t work on me, which always makes dentist visits pretty painful no matter where I go, but the compassion from my hygienist at Green Hills Family Dentistry helped a lot emotionally and made me feel like I was in good hands. She talked me through what the process would feel like and what she was doing, was informative about what caused the issues that were causing me pain, and made sure I knew how to prevent them from coming back. Plus my teeth look shiny and white again, so I’m pretty happy!

This was my 2nd visit to this dentist office. The services that I received were fantastic. I had 2 appointments for this visit with an hour in between. The hygienist didn’t want me to have to leave & then return for my 2nd appointment for teeth cleaning, so she decided to work through her lunch hour to accommodate my 2nd appointment…I am still smiling because my teeth are white and cleaned. I am forever grateful for this above and beyond the call of duty service. The entire staff provided customer service with a smile from check-in process through check-out. This is my new dentist office going forward and I can’t wait for my next follow up visit because more work has to be done to my teeth.

Staff is very welcoming of new patients. Dr Ledbetter, Jennifer, and Brenda are top notch! Already looking forward to my next visit.

Dr Ledbetter is an outstanding dentist. She knows what she’s doing and she’s good at it. And she’s easy to talk to. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a good family dentist.

Dr. Ledbetter and staff provide excellent, timely care. They’re also very responsive if you have an urgent issue. My family and I appreciate the kind, compassionate care we receive.

The dentists and hygienists are very helpful. I always appreciate that they have time for my questions and explain everything. They are careful and pay attention to any discomfort I may feel and respond immediately. I they are great and I am so glad I found them.

I will go here as long as I live in Nashville. They are friendly, helpful, only recommend services you need, can work you in during an emergency, give great recommendations when you need a specialist…

Love Green Hill Family Dentistry! My husband found them first & referred me their way, & I’m so glad I followed his lead. The waiting room is pleasant & easy to find, all dentists & dental hygienists are warm, friendly, & skilled (also love that the team is comprised mostly of women!), & scheduling is easy & efficient. My teeth are happy & healthy. Five stars from me.

Very warm, knowledgable people. I felt immediately comfortable. They explained why I needed crowns, showing me pictures and explaining what they will be doing during the procedures. They were so pleasant and took a lot of time with me. I appreciated that and would give them a "10" in everything !
Second procedure, another crown. It was painless and Dr Dublin explains everything before she does it. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They deserve a "20" because they go above and beyond !

I've never had a more caring, comfortable dental experience! In spite of my multiple dental "challenges", Dr Ledbetter gave me several options and recommendations without any pressure and left the choices up to me. Everyone, starting as soon as I walked in the door, was friendly, personable and caring. If 10 stars were an option, that's what I'd rate Green Hills Family Dentistry!

Appointment was for an older filling replacement and went better than expected. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with everything and the service at Greenhills family dentistry. They were able to get me in quick and also helped me get back on track where I need to be. All the staff members were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them as it’s hard to find quality places these days.

We love everything about green hills family dentistry! They’re patient, caring and thorough without being pushy about unnecessary procedures or interventions. We’ve been with them for two and half years now and have yet to have a bad experience.

Excellent experience getting my teeth cleaned and going over my treatment plan for tooth implant as well as a crown. Everything was clearly explained. Dr. Dublin and tech Jennifer were very compasionate in taking care of me! Feel good about my plan of care! Thank you.

I was very anxious going to the dentist. I have always been due to past negative experiences. Being a patient at Green Hills Family Dentistry has definitely eased my anxiety. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and never made me feel bad for being an anxious adult as the previous dentist I went to. They were all so kind and Dr. Dublin is just amazing. She was so gentle and sweet and listened to my concerns at all time so she can ensure that I feel at ease.
