Harold G in Nashville, TN was great. Took the time with me (first timer in the store), explained the process, taught me about the shoe, made eye contact, handled multiple customers as a solo employee, and treated everyone with kindness.

I made the mistake of ordering online without first trying them on and got the sizing wrong. Came to exchange right at closing, and Harold could not have been more welcoming and kind. He patiently measured me, answered my questions, and ordered the correct size for me.

During this time, another customer came into the store despite it being well past closing at this point. Harold attended to him enthusiastically after he was finished helping me.

If Harold is any indication, these shoes will be well worth the price.

It’s hard to understand the quality of these shoes without seeing them in person. It’s also hard to describe the concierge service without experiencing it. The store is warm and inviting. Harold and Haggaikiah are true gentlemen. They are friendly, helpful and more than willing to take all the time necessary to ensure that you are properly measured, fitted and select the perfect shoe, boot or accessory. I’ve never left here disappointed. Great shoes, great people, great service, great products.

Love this location. They’ve helped me out in finding the right pair and having the care products needed made my long term investment of Allen Edmond shoes worth it. And being a truck driver on the road, comfortable shoes are a must.

Just had a great experience buying my first pair of Allen Edmonds. From the fitting to the shoe care tutorial, the staff was so knowledgeable, helpful, and, as a bonus, really funny. I felt good about my decision because of the shoe quality and also support of US manufacturing, but the staff made it fun too. Highly recommend.

If it was not for Emily at the Hill Center Green Hills Allen Edmonds store in Nashville I would not have purchased my shoes. I am a firm believer that excellent customer service trumps everything else. She was professional and courteous. She loves what she does and loves the product and it showed in her interaction with me. You can’t fake that attitude. If you want a great shoe and even better customer service I recommend you go see Emily.

Phenomenal Shoe Store! I went in looking to purchase a few pairs of shoes. I wear a size 11.5 and always had trouble finding shoes and then fitting shoes for my feet. Kenard, the salesman did an exceptional job in finding shoes for my feet. He also identified that depending on the type of shoe, most of my shoes needed to be a size 12. The service was first class and second to none. The shoes, selection and quality at Allen Edmonds, are second to none. Additionally, Kenard is a true gentleman. I had a wonderful time speaking with him. I walked out with 8 pairs of shoes to start a great collection! This has become my shoe store!

Mr. Lariba is a class act. I really appreciate how he extends the same courtesy and professionalism to all customers new and repeat. About four years ago I bought my first pair of Allen Edmonds. Since then Ive purchased four more for myself and four for my son. I also love giving them as graduation gifts for deserving young men. AE is about the only shoe company that fits my unusual fit. Usually most makers of nice shoes focus their best styles on folks with average feet. With other shoe makers I never got the style i like since making them in my size and width is so unusual it's not worth it to the show maker. But at AE I never have that problem.
Mr. Lariba didn't want me to tell him your shoe size because he methodically worked with my feet in several different shoe last to determine the best fit possible for me. Now i can order shoes anytime without a refit as long as the shoe is made from the same last. Mr. Lariba's attention to detail is second to none. He took what had been the dreadful experience of purchasing fine shoes to an event I now look forward to. Thank you to Allen Edmonds but especially thanks to Mr. Lariba for making all the difference.

Allen Edmonds has the best dress shoes hands down. The quality of these shoes are incredible. They also carry very well made apparel which is nice. The service is also the best you can find. Cody helped me at every turn during my visit today and is the main reason why I am writing this review right now. Go to this store. Bring your wallet. Love it.

I originally ordered some Strandmoks from the AE website, and determined they were too wide, so contacted the AE store in Nashville/Green Hills and was fortunate enough to have Kennard (manager) pick up the phone to assist me. He was extremely professional and courteous. In fact, the day I called, he was actually off, just stopping by the store to check on things. But he didn't rush me or anything, it was though he was working on his regular scheduled day. Anyway, he ordered a narrower width and had them shipped to my home. Got them in only in 2 days. Allen Edmonds is lucky to have Kennard representing their brand. His genuine personality and customer service skills are second to none. Ask for Kennard- you'll be glad you did!

Cody and Kenard are amazing! This is our third city we've lived in and purchased from Allen Edmonds. The first visit, Cody thoroughly re-checked my fiance's size, tested out several shoes, and we've loved his service since. They are both very knowledgeable on shoes, fits, how they wear, etc. They are very attentive and create a great experience as well--we love going there--feels like family with an amazing product that is unparalleled.

New Allen Edmond’s customer. Visited this store while in Nashville in April 2018. Had read some reviews that had referenced Cody...and Cody greeted me when I entered the store. He listened to my interests and asked a few questions. He took the time to fit me and entertained the numerous questions I had during the session. Also gave some recommendations on what colors would go best with different fabric colors/events. Cody even followed up with emails and telephone updates while waiting on my shoes to be shipped. Absolutely sold me on the Allen Edmonds experience.

Kenard was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful! It was an honor to have him fit me for my first pair of Allen Edmonds. The store was very clean, organized and welcoming. I think my wife fell in love with Kenard ;). I’d love to have that type of customer service at all retail stores.

I was visiting Nashville earlier in May and made the trip to the Allen Edmonds store where I met Emily. She was very helpful to me in picking up five pair of shoes on the Father's Day sale. Great customer service and and well stocked store made the trip worthwhile. I just order two more pair today.

Absolutely the best shoe merchandise that I've ever purchased, and hands down, the customer service is untouchable.

Where do I even begin? Probably one of the top 5 shopping experiences in my life. Friendly greeting when I entered the clean and organized Hill Center store. No traipsing through a mall with food courts and noisy teenagers. Just drive up and go in.

I had Emily help me who is an absolutely incredible personality. Sweet, happy, wise beyond her years, and extremely knowledgeable about how shoes should ft. I''ve purchased shoes online, through DSW, Nordstrom, Dilliards and more looking for deals. But at the end of the day, I get a pair of shoes that I'm not certain about and wind up hurting my feet Emily educated me about the various shoes I was trying on and how they are constructed and why they will fit my feet better than others.

If you're a gentleman who values quality of people, quality of product, and quality of the shopping experience, you will be extremely pleased with Emily and Kennard at Allen Edmonds.
