Guthrie's Ace Hardware- West Nashville

These guys are great. They were open during a snowstorm, had space heaters in stock, and even helped me carry them to the car. Their pricing was good and the customer service was amazing.

Always a five-star experience at this store. I'm greeted as soon as I walk in the door and pointed in the right direction for a quick and easy experience every time. Staff is polite, knowledgeable, and an absolute breath of fresh air after trying the big box hardware stores in this town. Small town customer service still exists.

You could not have a more friendly and knowledgeable group of employees. I came for a mailbox, but they had so many other interesting items including Traeger and Green Egg grills. Worth the effort to go here.

This is an awesome store. My go to for all my gardening needs. I always get my keys made there as well. I don't know what happened yesterday but I had three keys made and none of them worked. I should have checked them against the original key while still at the store but I didn't. I guess my keys got mixed up with someone else's. They were all the same but not the same as original. But I know the will fix it as soon as I take them back without any trouble.

I love this Ace Hardware. I had an experience today (5/4/2020) after the wind storm, which took a tree down in my front yard and the power line down with it. This store was without power, but they still figured out a way to operate by having a makeshift cashier on a folding table at the entrance and a couple runners to go into the store and get the products I needed. I love the convenience of this store, and I love how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is.

Good customer service. They were very attentive and knew exactly what I was looking for even though I really didn't. I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was during my visit. I would much rather go to them than Lowe's right down the street. I hope others will follow in my footsteps and give them their business.

Wonderful customer service! I bought a shed without looking at the ship dimensions, wouldn't fit in my car. They got someone to drop it off for me. I live really close but it saved me from having to rent a truck. You wont regret becoming a customer.

I appreciate this business. Helpful and friendly staff. Stock is organized and easy to find. Much better than any big box store. I will go here first for any hardware needs. And they have some cool funky items you might be surprised to find.

Ordered a Yard Cart online, received an Email saying it was ready 1 hour later. When I arrived, they brought it out all assembled and I was on my way!

I hadn't realized this store was here until I placed an online order for pickup. The staff was so nice and helpful, and the prices are great! My first time definitely won't be my last. Keep up the great work of providing a local feel in a growing city.

Owners there are awesome. I own a painting company and they always have everything I need and the customer service associates are 10X more knowledgeable then Home Depot or lowes associates. Will definitely keep going to this Ace for all my painting supplies and any other home improvement needs.

Today I went in to get a copy of my car key. I must say that I am beyond pleased with the service provided to me. I went to the dealership to get a copy and was told that the price would be $200+; needless to state, I walked out of here only paying $25.00+ tax. There were a lot of difficulties since the remote had epoxy all over it; but they were patient with me and didn't stop until I was a happy customer walking through the door. Thanks every for the A+service.

I am absolutely astounded by the extraordinary service I just received from Kim at Richland Ace Hardware. I went to Ace because I had a stripped screw in the license plate holder on my car and, as always, I knew that they would be more helpful than a big box chain. But Kim did more than simply recommend parts for removing the screw. SHE STOOD IN THE POURING RAIN FOR THE BETTER PART OF AN HOUR AND REMOVED IT HERSELF! I have NEVER had someone in customer service go so far above and beyond to help me out. You just don't see this type of commitment anywhere else. And when it was all said and done, I was only charged $0.56 for two screws. Unbelievable! Kim deserves a raise for creating a truly positive experience, when she could have gotten away with doing a lot less. Thanks Kim!

Did not have what we were looking for but staff made every attempt to locate and identify what I was looking for. Greeted promptly at the door.

I went to 4 places to try to help me change the battery in my key fob and no where could do it. I come to Richland Ace and both Kim and Ricky could not have had better customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with a working key.

Richland Ace will never be a Lowe's yet Lowe's does not stock the various plumbing, filters, or oven replacement pieces for Sylvan Park and The Nations original quality homes. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and will order what you need if necessary. You will not have spend any time seeking assistance as they will ask you first. Making a purchase is friendly and quick. As I said, Richland Ace will never be a Lowe's and let's hope it remains this way.

Good addition to the neighborhood without the big box store feel

Everyone there is really nice and helpful. If they dont know what it is or where it's at, they will find it or someone who does. Just a great local hardware store. Oh, If you need a special item that the big box stores don't have , more than likely they have it.

Rick and Jack and Susan were so nice with helping me tonight! They cut my bolts for my baby crib the right size and they did it with a smile on their faces. Ace you made a life time customer tonight.
