Great little spot to stay in Nashville. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area Disliked that they took a $100 security hold and that hold took 7 days to refund

Most everything is true about how nasty this place is…BUT one night we got home late, ($8 Uber to Broadway and $25 back on a Saturday night.) and in the morning a worker knocked on our door and handed us our keys that we had left in the outside lock overnight. The layout is motel style so anyone could have taken them, stolen our car, or came into our room. I’ll conclude with honest staff, decent part of town, and decent fellow occupants.

Awesome breakfast!! Meats, bagels, egg omelets, coffee, etc. Rating 5 star for overall value. For the price (~87 total/night) this hotel offers more than others. It's on the outdated and dirtier side, but again your saving money. Free parking also and huge ice machine.

When I arrived to the hotel and checked in the front desk agent said my card wasn’t working and the guy explained to me no worries when you go through booking agencies they send the hotel their own virtual card num not guess real card info. Everything was worked out checked in my room. The room actually was more nice than I expected nice layout room was clean bed was nice and comfortable. Before I booked this room and read the reviews but it was in my price range and close to my Doctors appointment. So I have it a try and I just believe people leaving the complaint they are leaving because the expect a Marriott hotel room for 100 bucks that’s insane. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed extra towel so I went to the front. Desk and the person at the front desk brought the towel to my room. I recommend this hotel and I have stayed at many hotel from some 700 per night to some that use to be 50 per night so for a 100 it exceeded my expectations. I will return.

For the price this hotel was in the better side of things. It was clean and easy to get to. The only thing they did not provide was a coffee pot lol. Staff was amazing the entire time. We only stayed over night but I would recommend this place to anyone. Even the breakfast was great! This will be our go to if we have to ever stay over night in Nashville again. Prices are actually good. They are not over priced. Very nice experience overall. They even have handicap accessible rooms which we needed. Great place to come.

Like i said, it's not the ritz so don't expect that. But the rooms were super clean, floors were sparkling, beds were so comfortable, and breakfast was hot and delicious. Yes, there are a bunch of construction workers staying there but they were all very nice and we never felt unsafe at any time. I would stay again. The side walks were dirty, but who cares if the rooms are super clean. They are right next to a road that has TONS of great restaurants. For the price, it was excellent. (we did not experience noise, but just bring a white noise maker with you on any trip and you will be fine)

room was clean, the front office was clean, shower was clean, a/c worked fine, tv worked fine. house keeper didnt bother us. really pleased with my stay. thank you.

Latoya was amazing and definitely deserves a raise she really keeps people smiling and works really hard to make sure guests have the best experience. Breakfast was amazing (fresh fruit, sausage, eggs, waffles, French toast, cereal, coffee, juice, and more.) shower pressure was amazing. Parking lot was well lit and felt very safe. Rooms were a little out dated but did not take away from our experience.

This is a wonderful hotel with great staff, fabulous amenities, and a stellar location. And at the price, you can't lose! Yet another fantastic Days Inn Wyndham!!!

Margaret was super helpful! We needed a last minute room near Saint Thomas West *on Memorial Day weekend* due to a family medical emergency. They offered a discount and were very flexible with our not knowing when we'd be able to check out. Margaret was kind and saved the day! Room was clean and what you'd expect from a budget motel. Service was best aspect. It's a very easy drive over to Saint Thomas from here.

I was traveling alone. I got in on Thanksgiving Eve around 9:30 p.m. I took an Uber downtown. I felt very comfortable and wasn't worried about being safe. The beds were clean as was the room. The staff was friendly and was very helpful. The fridge was nice to put my leftovers in as well. Will stay again.

I don't know why it's got a low review. They were helpful while my mother in law was at St. Thomas West Hospital. They offer discounts to family who has family members to St. Thomas West patients. Yes they need to update the coffee makers. Need to update the microwave and refrigerator. But thats not the point. Everyone was nice to us. The room was clean. If we stay her again for any reason next time I'll buy some paper plates to reheat food on in the microwave. And we won't buy pizza. Cause you can't put leftover pizza in a mini fridge. And I'll bring a regular 12oz can of beers. Cause the beers you find there close to this hotel are either ponies or tall boys.

My mom is at St. Thomas hospital so I stayed here. I reserved a room and arrived too early but Margaret got me into a room anyway. She was so nice and personable. The room is very nice and clean. The bed is so big and comfy. Great price, quiet hotel and nice clerk. Thanks again Margaret!

started with Margaret the manager, we were lost and had to call her several times to get guided into the hotel bc the GPS was wrong. She adjusted my room due to my daughter being coming to Nashville for medical services. She personally gave us her number in case there was anything we need and the office was closed. She was so polite and friendly, went the extra mile, made us feel like family. Jesse the maintenance man was equally nice as well opening the doors for us as our hands were full, the night person Kiana was also so friendly and helpful and latoya helped prepare our breakfast and opened the door for us as well. In other words, every employee we dealt with was just as nice and friendly and showed true southern hospitality, unlike what we have here in Florida and how you get treated at the airport!

Okay listen. It's a decent hotel. Sleep and enjoy the city.

She's a sweetheart and did everything we wanted and more. Read one more paragraph.

My friend fell ill so she helped book an extra day. Simple right? Hold on. The day we left my friend dropped her card. The blonde manager (I wish I knew her name) called and got the information to mail the card.

She did so much to help my sick friend recover from her food poisoning. She even gave us a little trash bucket in case my friend got sick on the drive.

This was 2 weeks ago and I hate it took me this long to leave a true review.

Great hotel about 15 minutes away from Broadway. Nice and clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. No complaints here! Thank you.

Not a high end motel however staff helpful and courteous. The beds are good and rooms are clean. Breakfast is better than a lot of places. What more do you need. Great location in Nashville especially if needing medical care. Close to downtown medical centers. Va, centennial, st Thomas West St Thomas Midtown etc.

I enjoyed my stay. Good location and the Assistant Manager Dwayne (hope I spelt it correctly) is a great guy. Very helpful and kind. I would stay here again.

Conveniently located, fair price, excellent staff. A very nice Thai restaurant, Siam, is next door. Other good restaurants nearby. It's a short drive to downtown Nashville. The breakfast is way better than the typical motel.

I had a fantastic stay. Love that there’s hard floors and no carpets. My room was very clean and the bed was comfy. I was pretty surprised at how good it was. I will be back.
