Apple Green Hills

I came in to figure out some stuff about my camera because it was cracked and I had a wait time of maybe ten minutes before being greeted by Caleb! He was so nice and knowledgeable about everything going on with my phone. I got a brand new phone because it was necessary had it not been for him and his help I'd probably would have left and continued to have a broken phone camera. Thank you so much Caleb!

I was looking for Apple AirPod Max for my son for Christmas and couldn’t find them in stock anywhere. Apple in Green Hills helped saved Christmas. We finally found them there and they took 10% off because Best Buy had them cheaper. We walked in and barely had to wait. It was a great experience and very effortless. Apple in Green Hills made it a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this store again!

Austin was a huge help. He was more than willing to go above and beyond the main issue I came in with. My son uses an iPad as an AAC device(talker), so it’s really important to have it working properly. After addressing the main issue, Austin made me aware of other features Apple offers for individuals with disabilities as well as some other tips to make things simpler. Grateful for the time and care he took helping us!

As soon as you enter , there is a representative who makes sure you have your questions answered.
The store is usually busy so make sure you do take up an appointment in advance .

I came here for an airpods fix and they made sure that all my questions and concerns were resolved.

A beautiful space and awesome learning area after the recent remodel. Definitely worth swinging in if you’re at the mall. Always a human to human experience in there. New products are cool, but people are the magic.
I am often inspired by the passion/energy that the employees have. Everyday they have cool “Today at Apple” classes that you can drop in to.

Im not a fanboy, but I have to admit that Apple has a great business model built around customer service. I always get my questions answered no matter how dumb and they usually have the products Im looking for. They train their people well. Always nice and friendly. Only caveat to this place is if you were to go at a time when they are really busy. You’d have to check in a wait your turn. Other than that, this is a top notch business.

The reps we had were great, I didn't catch names, as I was primarily watching our kids, but they got everything sorted out for my wife. Very happy

I recently visited this store while I was in Nashville. My charge port was not working on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I went into the store and Samuel was absolutely amazing. He worked with me and was able to get my charge port working again. Hats off to him for giving me amazing customer service!

I cannot speak more highly about this Apple location! Each time that I have visited has always been met with exemplary customer service. This location is my favorite of all the MidTN Apple retailers. Today, Yo helped me repair the back of my phone in such a quick and efficient matter. They were amazing to me and entirely accommodating. Bring all your business here!!!

My MacBook needed a new battery. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was told the repair would be done in 5-7 business days and it was completed in 2. Thanks for a great and unexpectedly quick experience.

I recently purchased two new iPhones from this Apple Store and ran into an issue that took about two days to resolve in-store. There were many Apple store associates involved in this particular situation. Everyone was kind and helpful at this location! Do not hesitate to use this store for all of your Apple purchases!!!

I have been to this Apple store many times over the last 10 years and I have always had a good experience. Before my most recent experience today I was concerned because of all the bad reviews over the last several months. However my experience today was just as good as it has been over the last 10 years. I had an appointment and I did not have to wait at all. The two workers who assisted me were very nice polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

My experience was excellent except for the exaggerated wait time... and even that, the week of Christmas, wasn't that bad. I arrived around 11:45, I had an appointment for 12:35, and left just after 1:00. I was seen by three customer service associates in this time, and left with a brand new phone because mine couldn't be fixed. Everyone was polite and courteous; it appeared as though they have excellent communication within their units.
The store was immaculate and although there were so many warm bodies in there everything ran very efficiently and everyone seemed very pleased with their service.

I was extremely happy with my whole experience at this apple location. After nearly a month of going back and forth with Verizon about a speaker issue with my nearly brand new phone,I decided the hour long drive to Apple would be worth it.The store was very busy at 10:45 am but I was promptly greeted and quickly helped, I also had my wild two year old with me so time was of the essence. They were quick to give my phone a diagnosis and offer me a brand new phone to replace my defective device. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and they were helpful polite and efficient. I'm very pleased and will now know the hour long trip is well worth it.

I went to the Green Hills Apple store for help with my MacBook Air. A guy named Ryan helped me. He was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions, and helped me purchase my new one SO easily. I was in a hurry due to another appointment, and he was the fastest worker I’ve ever seen. I was so impressed.

If I were the CEO of Apple, I’d use this store as my benchmark for excellence! From the time you enter the doors, til the time you leave, this store and its employees make you feel like you are a part of the Apple family. If you want to see something really cool, go to this store just before it opens and watch how they motivate each other prior to opening their doors. My Apple experience yesterday was met by Samuel. Not only did he guide me through my needs, but knew how to be relational in our interaction. I was SO impressed with this young man. A teammate told me that Samuel was the best...he was spot on! Love this store and its employees!!
