Blakemore United Methodist Church

Reading reviews about Churches can feel a little strange, especially if you've recently moved to Nashville. Here's some major notes:

1. Yes it has daycare, and the team who helps is awesome and safe.
2. Come to this church if you want to feel empowered to think about the practices of your faith. Life doesn't have easy answers, and Blakemore doesn't pretend they have any. This is a place to question and discuss in good faith.
3. Blakemore is a "reconciled" ministry. Love is love, and they are committed to being 🌈 Allies 🌈If you are going to be hateful to any minority, then you are not welcome here.

Blakemore does more than Sunday service. They host everything from music lessons to community support, so please feel welcome to explore!

Intimate small church. Very welcoming and friendly. Zoom alternative too. Children welcome.

Visited for the first time this past Sunday. We felt very welcome. The service was very good and relevant.

Had a good time in worship today the place is beautiful and ecumenical in style. Was rather hot in the sanctuary while trying to enjoy and worship. Although something has happened that has torn the congregation apart fairly small congregation with space for at least four hundred

My church has really changed!! Well, the people and how they really run it. The church is old - but still quite beautiful - in my opinion. Lots of good memories. Wood recommend to any and all - to come join☺
