This was the quickest return we’ve ever had. We walked in, the associate that greeted us also helped with the return. He asked a couple of questions and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Amazing service!

5 stars all the way. Back in February I bought a brand new washing machine from this location, installation was great and customer service was fantastic, unfortunately the washer broke a couple weeks ago. With it still under warranty, I went in today to discuss getting a new one. SAM at the front desk assisted me with picking out the replacement and guided me through the process of getting the old one removed and setting up a date for the delivery of my new one. With his help I was able to get an even better washing machine than I had before. Almost all of the cost was covered by the manufacturers warranty. Sam was very helpful and went above and beyond for me. Even though the store was busy with holiday shoppers he took the time and made me feel like I was the only one there. I cant say enough good things about this store and its employees! I will be definitely be returning to this location for all my Best Buy needs. I couldn't think of going anywhere else after my experience today.

Excellent Customer Service by Will. I was waiting in line to return something and Will noticed. He did not have anyone at his checkout registered and came over to me and asked if he could help. He quickly and efficiently returned my item. Will did what is expected, looked around, noticed a customer needed something and reached out. Fantastic job will. This was Tuesday Evening, 11/21. And the security guy was good looking as well. Great Store. always Great Service.

It's Best Buy. Service is good. They, or someone else on shift can typically run down the rabbit hole with you for your favorite device/or hobby that you (Me!) Know way too much about it. Competitive prices, usually. The Geek Squad protection plan keeps me coming back. No questions asked, you're within the timeframe and it doesn't look like it was in a blender; Approved. Replacement on the spot. That's what you're paying for.

Every time I have ever visited a Best Buy location. It has always been one of the best visits that I have ever had. When it comes to spending money on a high-end electronic device. They're staff is always friendly and extremely well versed in knowledge concerning a vast multitude of different products in services that they offer that can help you. With what you are looking for or looking to buy or looking to get fixed or looking to add onto your home or your vehicle. Whatever it may be, they will always be there to help view. They are not there to push on one and items on you or make a sale based on commission. I feel like they are the most unbiased group of salesman in the market. Whose sole purpose is your satisfaction and your complete understanding of what it is. You're getting to when you buy something. Because we all know that just because we have the money to spend on electronics. Doesn't SI mean that we know exactly how to use them? And that's where the Best Buy people come in, help at.

The guys are the best the geek side will do everything they can to help you with your problems. My dad had a phone that would not turn on so we go to at&t they said it was no go good have to buy new phone we get a phone. And we go to best buy to recycle and see if they could tell us how to get dads pictures off. They call us at home all that was needed was a new charging cord.

Not sure what is up with the reviews... the staff here was friendly when I went to exchange my laptop. The guy (I forget his name) who helped me in the computer section helped me find a computer within my budget (which I love) and explained to me why it was the best pick out of the few I was looking at. In and out easy and he was able to help me pickup the new laptop the same day since it was out of stock at this location. great experience overall.

Great customer service. Shown everything we were interested in; details,
other options, warranties. We will return,
as we are looking at a new desktop PC,
small freezer and possibly a refrigerator.
Have purchased several items in the past and that's what keeps us coming back.
Sometimes we have found prices on several items lower at other stores, but once again we return to Best Buy due to past shopping experiences. Overall, BB is a great place to shop.

1 year later. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one asked if we needed help. There were no sales associates available to assist us. This is post covid. There is just no such thing as customer service anymore. It's unreal how one little virus change society and shopping so much.

I went back to Best Buys, and I must say, it is the 2nd time in a year that I've been in the store. I had the screen protector replaced. It's been a little over a year, and I gotta tell you that it was a really great experience. I paid $59.00 a year ago for a lifetime warranty. I was skeptical that the replacement was going to be a smooth transaction. The transaction was not painful at all, and the young man who did the dirty work was quick and did a great job. I may have made a mistake in thinking that Best Buys was a difficult store to deal with. It's actually the complete opposite of difficult. I will return very soon. The Samsung watches are the bomb. Y'all have a great day!

This is *just* a review of the curbside pickup service!

I ordered a newly released phone from a big online retailer, and it was going to take over 2 weeks from the release date to receive it. I needed a new phone _pronto_, so I checked Best Buy's website to see if they had what I wanted. Lo and behold, they did!

I ordered the phone, and it was ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes. When I arrived at the store and parked, I waited less than 5 minutes for a staff member to bring my item out.

I'd say that's a pretty smooth, worthy of a 5-star rating!

I needed a new printer as the previous last minute purchase wasn’t really what I needed. As I was looking, Mark stopped and asked “can I help you?” He helped me and was very patient as I pulled out all my unopened visa gift cards to make my purchase. Great experience, quick check out!

We went to this store to buy a new camera.
Ira Armstead quickly found the product with the best value for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and had great customer service skills. On our way to the car, my husband and I were commenting on how great it would be if everybody working in retail was more like him. He definitely made our shopping experience easy and fun.

You definitely want to go to Best Buy for car stereos and install. For $1200 or so, I was able to get what I wanted, and others wanted $3700 for the same thing. Great deal and very helpful staff.
