The pharmacists at this Walgreens go above and beyond. They have assisted in filling prescriptions that other Walgreens and other pharmacies shrugged off as "out of stock," have diligently pursued obtaining provider refills, and always communicate kindly and helpfully. It's definitely worth the extra drive to work with them.

Kim Cheek, senior beauty advisor, is a genius! I came in and asked her if they had a burgundy brow pencil to match my hair I died a cherry type red. Not only did she look for me, she ended up finding the perfect eye shadow palate shade for all my needs and explained how to use a slanted brush to apply the color. I have literally bought 3 auburn brow pencils over the last two months, (none of them were the right shade) and she saved me soooo much time and $!
I have a degree in design and color matching is tough when you can’t physically compare shades next to each other! Kim had such a good eye that she nailed it in one suggestion! She’s also so nice and helpful. I came in to pick up my pick up order and due to her talent and kindness ended up with way more than I expected. Thanks Kim! You are the best!

Were you kind and courteous?
Were you in a rush?
Did you stop by at noon or close to 5pm when the rest of the world is trying to pick up a prescription? (Busy times are on the Google search)
Do you understand Friday is a busy day with a lot of people trying to get prescriptions before their doctors offices close or they go out of town?
Can you pick up your prescription at another time when they aren't so busy?
Do you consider that being in line doesn't make you the only person with prescriptions to fill?
Did you look at their face and say hello?
Were you on your phone?
Did you say thank you?
If you are a regular are you more often kind or are you they person they have to do rock paper scissors to see who HAS to deal with you?
Were you being unreasonable about the laws, insurance, or your doctor making a mistake?
Did you ask questions about the most cost effective way to fill your prescription or did you just complain about the price?
Have you been on the website or app to fill your prescription?
Are you aware they will ship most prescriptions?
Are you willing to take on the stress of a job that one mistake could affect someones health?
Are you able to imagine choosing a career to help people even though it's high stress and people you deal with on a daily basis aren't always at their best?
How many pills do you think you could count, bottle, label in...say an hour?
Now how many would that be if you had to call or fax doctors or insurance?
Add to that, someone yelling at you?

I don't work for a pharmacy or have a loved one who does, I just think we are too quick to judge. Too quick to look for what is wrong vs what isn't. Seriously, who can actually say that the place they go to get something to improve their life was the worst part of their day.

Maybe some people are just super impatient, I usually have to wait around 30 minutes to get a prescription filled. It's not a cheeseburger, it's important that they get the prescription and the count right, so it's worth it to me to wait for accuracy. They've never messed up an Rx and they've been my primary pharmacy for 15+ years.

I just went thru the drive-thru and had some trouble locating a manufacturer's coupon for my nearly 250.00 prescription. Was helped by Miriam, and she was so patient and helpful- took my phone, looked at the website and helped me find where the deepest discount was. Cheerful the whole time, asked me to circle the building while I filled out the forms on the phone for the sake of others in line behind me, which I was happy to do. Great customer service- thank you!

I live less than a mile from this location and most days I will wait until evening time just to see Miss Vicki. She is so sweet and friendly and always puts me in a good mood.

This is my Walgreens. This is my first choice. I am very happy with the service I get here.
The management is always on the ball and on top of things - making sure both policy and service is understood and followed. Really appreciate these guys. Thanks so much for the years of great customer service.

The pharmacy and staff have always gone the extra mile to help me get my daughter's prescriptions and I know that is not always easy. I really appreciate all of them so much.

Used this store atleast weekly for a year. Staff both up front and at the pharmacy have always been patient, Kind, and friendly. Never had any unreasonable issues.
