I had a great experience buying my first car myself here and I’m super happy with it!! It’s so cute and perfect for me. I had to deal with a lot of car sales people during the car searching process but Max gave me a good feeling since he isn’t in your face and pushy and also a good feeling about the quality of cars he was selling. We had a wonderful experience working with Max to buy a 2018 Mazda 3. It was our first time buying a car and he was very helpful in answering our questions and working with us. Had a really great experience here. Max (who helped me) was fantastic. I had been car shopping for almost 2 months and didn't come close to having an experience like this at other dealerships. He was very informative and willing to answer any questions I had. The car was well taken care of and clean. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reasonably priced, good quality cars!

We truly enjoyed our experience at Automax. Max did everything he could to meet our expectations and we are very happy with our 2009 Nissan Maxima. We had to get the motor in our steering wheel fixed after our purchase and he continued to keep excellent communication with us while they found a technician to fix it. My wife and I bought a 2008 Subaru from Max and John. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Max allowed the vehicle to sell itself. Not only did we gain a vehicle we also gained some friends.

Purchased a Volvo from Max at Automax of Mt. Juliet today. It was the most stress free and hassle free car buying experience I’ve ever had. There was zero pressure and excellent customer service. I traded in a Jeep and Max worked to get me a fair trade in offer for my down payment. He was very personable and made the whole process very enjoyable. We found the car we wanted, and found the best price at Auto Max in Mt. Juliet, TN. We purchased from out of state and Tommy was very helpful with the process! When we flew out to get the vehicle, he picked us up from the airport. It didn't take long to sign papers, but by the time we left we felt like family.
