Holiday Inn Express & Suites Goodlettsville N - Nashville, an IHG Hotel

Three of us stayed here one night, on March 1, 2024 on our way home from Florida.
It was easy off and on the Highway.
All of the staff were great! Very friendly and helpful
Our room was a suite with 2 beds and a sofa bed.
The room was clean and had everything we needed. They have Dove products in the bathroom, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. Great products.
The morning breakfast was delicious. They have many options. The cheese omlettes are the best as well and the sweet cinnamon rolls.
I was definitely impressed

Great affordable place to stay outside Nashville. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, and amenable staff. Just one issue: parking lot wasn't big enough to fit all the cars in it on the weekend we stayed. There was a big softball tournament going on and it was somewhat crazy finding a parking spot when we returned at night.

This hotel was great! We stayed twice on our vaca from MI to FL. Both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and smelled clean. Beds were nice and rooms were dark! Breakfast was hot and had a nice variety. The pool was big and water Temps were nice and warm. Thanks for the great stay!

Very impressed. We travel throughout the US for work and stay in many different places from 1-2 days up to 2 weeks at a time. I rate places on 4 things.
#1 Cleanliness/Maintenance: This place seems pretty new. So the cleanliness here was good. No big stains on carpeting, bathroom and shower were clean with no mold growing, and cleaning crew were present every morning. They would replace towels daily, clean the bathroom and main room and make the beds. We stayed in a room with a king bed. We had a very nice walk in shower and the room was equipped with a keurig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.
The main areas of the hotel were also in good shape and clean too.
#2. Bed quality: This hotel had very comfortable beds. I really liked how on the pillows on the bed each side had 2 pillows. On the pillowcase it said firm or soft. The sheets were very soft and comfortable as well.
#3. Breakfast Availability: Here you do get a good selection of breakfast items every morning. Oatmeal already made, different kinds of egg options, biscuits with gravy, pancakes, yogurt, muffins, hot cinnamon rolls, bacon, turkey sausage and fruit. I’m sure I missed some things. Juice, coffee, hot teas, and milk.
#4. Safety regarding hotel property and surrounding area. This one had a nicely lite parking lot and the area is also nice.

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice.... only complaint was the shower in our room. We had a tub shower with a hand held shower head and it wasnt mounted very high. For my husband it was chest high.

OTHERWISE, cleaning smelling, decent breakfast, friendly workers, good value.

As a retired Professional Rodeo Cowboy and now a Professional Songwriter, I travel almost every week. IHG properties are the Absolute Best in the business!!! This is my Go to Hotel whenever I'm in the area because the rooms are comfortably spacious and they offer a Great breakfast. However, It's the Personell here that makes this one of my ALL time favorite Hotels

As for this level of hotel, I think this place is excellent.
It’s very clean everywhere and staff is very friendly and courteous.
The room that I stayed in was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was very good - nothing extraordinary but nothing was too salty or under flavored and they had everything I needed.
If I’m back this area again on a business trip, I’ll definitely stay here again.

I was there for a business event for 2 days. The staff was AMAZING!!! So accommodating & helpful! Jen, am Front Desk associate, went ABOVE & BEYOND! I recommend this location for any business meeting or just a start. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Thanks to everyone!!!

We stopped here for one night when we were moving from Buffalo to Dallas. We had two cats with us and told them ahead of time so they could assign us a pet-friendly room. It was 50$ per cat but I think it was well worth it. For a pet friendly hotel this is as good as it gets. Room was pretty clean and our cats liked it. They really needed it after sitting in the car for 10 hours. Location was great. Traffic wasn't bad. Check in&out took literally seconds. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Overall it was a very positive experience and I'm so happy I chose this hotel as my stop.

My family and I are always impressed by the cleanliness and warmth at all Holiday Inn Express location. Goodlettsville is no except. The front desk staff was warm, smiling, and ready to any services needed (or desired). Although we did not use the business center or the pool, these areas were easily found and very clean. Our room contained all the extra amenities we needed. There is also a walmart and target near by if you happened to get anything. This location also provides easy access to Nashville.

Very clean hotel. Overall experience was good. Hotel stuff was very helpful and welcoming. They got indoor pool and decent gym. Also housekeeping is good as well. They got free laundry service that's a plus. Very family friendly place . They also have room service , you can order food and the robot will bring it to your room.

I want to say a big "Thank You!!!" ro the staff and cooks. They were really nice and accommodating for our big school group and our schedule.

Quite hotel. Great for a day sleeper. Clean newer hotel. About 25 minutes from Broadway so plan Lyft or Uber.

Great hotel, quite location, easy walk to several restaurants. Large indoor heated pool!

This hotel is beautiful and clean! Excellent breakfast. The staff is really friendly! A suggestion: Please tell folks, up front, who are booked for more than one day that room cleaning for extended stays is only every other day. This caught us by surprise because no one mentioned it. Other than that? Bravo!

Our stay here was a pleasant surprise. Maybe one of the best Holiday Inn Express locations I’ve visited. The breakfast menu was the expected fare, well executed.

We highly enjoyed our stay here. Modern, updated look inside and out. Room was awesome, comfortable bed, everything was clean, staff was nice and helpful, easy check in and out, great way to start our vacation. Breakfast isn't the worlds best, but it was definitely something nice to start the day with. I saw some reviews about people breaking into cars, but we didn't experience this. The location seems very safe and secure, and when we pulled in the Police were sitting there on patrol. Not sure about the others, but we thought it was very safe and in a nice part of town. We will be back

This room was perfect for my situation. I was staying by myself in a King Suite, but hosting my younger sisters and Dad who were able to eat comfortably and enjoy the pool. The service was great and the front desk person was friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and I appreciated the alternative lighting choices in the bathroom. I was so happy I asked to extend my stay, but was unable to due to full booking.

Sam was fantastic! She was so helpful and kind. She warned us ahead of time that a light was out but I think it was the outlet itself. The pool was large and we enjoyed it. My only complaint was the noise of the pump was so loud I couldn't hear anything but it. The room was large and the beds were comfy. It was very clean. Great location right off the highway. If we are in the area again we will choose this location again.

Very clean, quiet, felt safe, outstanding breakfast. Will definitely stay here again traveling from our home in Michigan to our home in Florida and will again in the spring going back to Michigan.
