I have lived here for a year and my whole building is people who live here. Today is almost 100 degrees and they decide to take all the AC units out to clean them. As you can see by the pics no one is doing anything and the units are just sitting there. They did not warn us or give notice if any kind. One would think the logical way to complete this task would first off so this literally any other time of year but if they have to do it during the middle of one of the hottest months maybe take 1 unit out clean it and put it back in then do the next that way you don't have an entire building with no AC for hours. To top it off when we attempted to go to the pool to cool off it was locked and they said it needed to be cleaned yet no one was working on that either. I am fortunate enough to have a car with great AC to sit in for the day but but since people here do not and are forced to spend the day in rooms that exceed 100 degrees. The poor people weren't even given the opportunity to find another place to spend the day. The wonderful people at news channel 5 thought this was a compelling story and are on the way with ice cold waters. Thank you it's nice to know someone thinks about the well being of their fellow man, when others go out of their way to purposely harm them.

I was expecting something horrible from alot of reviews I have read. My room wasn't bad, no bed bugs nor roaches that I have seen. This is just my experience, yours could be completely different. Hit or miss kinda thing. Personally it's great for the price😁

Dirty rooms and rude staff. Ran my card twice resulting in a 10 day hold on funds I needed. Wish I could give negative stars
UPDATE: Staff appears to have been given a complete overhaul as I had no issues this visit, everything was excellent this time around. Thanks for getting better!

This hotel is really convenient its close too many nearby restaurant's & historical lookouts...many shopping centers, bar & grill options!
The carpet's are clean, although I prefer the vinyl flooring.

For the type of hotel it was and the price, you cant beat it. I always come back. Most staff is super nice and helpful . Be aware of the manager though. Not a very nice person

They were priced as advertised. The optometrist was wonderful. The young man Curtis was awesome. He treated my daughter with the utmost respect and importance. He dedicated his time and attention solely to my daughter. However, I noticed that about all of the individuals that were working there. ONE important fact, their prices are as advertised. I paid $69. No hidden charges, No up charges etc. I will definitely come back for myself.

Very clean hotel. Very nice overall. They do have a complimentary breakfast (we did not attend) so can not give you any feedback on that. Have a very nice pool. Definitely would stay here again.

I put my concrete crew up here, they have been a pleasure to work with and I'm told the rooms are clean and overall a great place to stay.

This one and the one in Hermitage on old Hickory blvd are very decently priced. Not only that they are one of the few who still do cheap weekly rooms and they have pools!!! That they actually open during the summer!!!! Love swimming!!!

The room is nice with updated furniture. Very nice tile shower and plenty of Hot water. Clean pool area.

Great staff you can tell they keep busy especially in the morning, bagels would make more sense to go with the cream cheese instead of toast but that's the least of my worries, every time I stay here which have been more than one occassion wih my husband and 1 year old son and in all occassion I never had a compliant about the room's or with the staff or stranger's who my son likes to say hello to. You get what you pay for so don't expect the Hilton suites or opryland resort hotel type of vibe because this place aint it for that type of vibe but still a pretty great place.

Inexpensive and clean... can you really ask for more? They do also offer a continental breakfast which is more than most places! If you're a traveler in search of some privacy this ain't a bad option either!

Great place to stay. Loved it. Definitely recommend and would stay here over and over when I am in town. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the location is perfect. There are so many restaurants and a mall walking distance from the hotel.

It's not a 5 star hotel but they don't charge 5 star prices the rooms are pretty decent for what you pay for them and staff is very nice

Very friendly staff roomy homey rooms all around a great place to stay they just go above and beyond for your comfort!

I've stayed here a few times, I have never had a problem. They are very accommodating.

Been here over a month now and it's really not bad. Wish we could do weekly but it's okay no problem from me so far

In a good area they are very close to interstates. Also the owner is very nice. No bugs either.
