More friendly employees who are working hard on getting customers' orders ready in a timely manner but only at certain times. The app and mobile orders are nice to have instead of waiting forever

I stopped here for a bite on a cross country drive and OMFG, this place had the absolute BEST, Juiciest, thickest Double Quarter Pounder I’ve ever had in my entire McDonald’s-eating-life! I’m not joking. I’ve had McDonalds all over the world - Italy, Japan… And this backwater, gas station McDonalds bests them all. If you love McDonald’s, you could fly here from Australia and it would be worth it. Totally 100% serious.

Mmm mmm Lovin It!! The restaurant was clean and the staff was very helpful and checked on us a few times as we dined in.

We're not locals. We stopped by this McDonald's once while traveling and were so pleased that I actually saved the location for future trips. The McDonald's is attached to a gas station and convenience store, and it has a modest but unexpected outdoor playground. Traveling a long distance with a small child in tow, this place was perfect. Staff was friendly, the food was good, and we got to unwind a little while the kiddo burned off a little energy.

The man in drive thru had the best customer service skills 👌 🙌

Nice place never seen a McDonald's like this it was so pretty and clean and the cashier was so sweet and polite will visit again. 😊

We pulled up to this McDees at 11:30 PM on a Thursday. I think this one fella may have new running the whole ship by himself. Either way he hooked us up with some hot and fresh burgers and fries all while getting the order perfectly. Sweet tea was a solid mix like it should be in East Tennessee.

Went through drive through. The young lady who took my order was as sweet as a button.

This was a great experience. We ordered through the app and parked in the curbside pickup area. As soon as we indicated what spot we were in, an employee came out (fully masked) to explain that there was a problem with our order and to offer us an acceptable alternative. Very quickly thereafter he returned with our order. Everything was prepared properly, and we were able to get back on the road quickly.

Our order is always correct at this location and the service is always friendly. And if it's not (which we haven't noticed) you just turn up the nice a little bit, bring up the person's day a bit. (Small gestures). But food is always hot, right and what I want in that moment. It's easy with it being down the road from us as well.

We stayed in a one bedroom Villa. It was nicely decorated, clean, and well laid out. It was really great to have a washer and dryer in the room and enough detergent to get you started. We also had a great view of the golf course.
