I stop here on my way home to pick up travel snacks for my 10-hour drive home. While the store is generally well stocked, they have a fabulous bakery and deli. I also use them as a place to pick up food gifts for friends that looked after my business while I was gone. And I take pictures of their cute cupcakes?

Stopped in for gas on discount Wednesday. I had some trouble with getting the pump to take my Food City card number. A young lady named Yvonne was working at the gas stop. She was so helpful, making a couple of trips to the pump and straightening out my mistakes. She was very helpful and patient. I was really impressed. Great employee.

Food cities always nice. The people are good. They have a great selection. The only problem I have is. The meat is more expensive than what I'm used to paying. I showed the man some ants that I had from Texas. And he says he hasn't seen the price like that in 3 years. When you're paying $19 a pound for steak and Tennessee. And you're paying 999 a pound for the same stake in Texas. Or if you want to get a surplory. You can pay two dollars and ninety six cents a pound. I do not believe the meat has gone up as high as they're trying to make it out to be eye. Dry the truck I koala v United States. And I make a point the go into grocery stores. Not Walmart, but grocery stores. That's equivalent to food city and see how much they're food cost. And I hate to say this way. Tennessee is got one of the highest price of food that I've ever seen. California is cheaper on their food than Tennessee. And don't forget in Tennessee. You have to add tax to that food. Most states do not add tax to their food

Popped in to grab flowers for my wife. The florist (Teri) was not just a friendly face, but had a wonderful sense of what I was seeking. I will return to this store to buy flowers in the near future. Hubby Did Good!! Thank you!

Great grocery store. High quality items. Very impressed with selection,quantity and quality. Deli counter/hot foods are amazing. Great prices. Had everything I needed and more. Staff is outstanding. Helpful,and friendly. I'm not from the area and they treated my like I was a member of the community. The staff went so far as to tell me where local attractions and good places to eat are. Thank you to everyone.

Typical Food City. A little smaller than average but still has a good selection and friendly staff.

Lenoir city Food city is my favorite store! No Starbucks inside is a plus for me. Hard for me to shop in a store that has that logo on the outside of the building after looking up and understanding the meaning of it. So thankful for this store❤

I love Food City. I moved to Florida and we don't have them. I stopped for a bag of ice and 15 rolls of Wampler's sausage for the trip home. I ordered through Instacart and got a cake and cheesecake, both very good.

Food City offers a variety of items other than food. I shop there often. Food Club and Simply Done items are just as good if not better than some name brand items. They have fresh produce and fruit. When you enter the store you see employees working and assisting customers. The deli and bakery have fresh food and is consistently rotated to offer customers a variety and fresh items to meet their needs. This is a clean store with friendly dedicated employees and managers.

Good prices on a lot of deals and more friendly employees who are willing to help the customers.

Best grocery store in town (only one in town). Store is clean, well stocked and properly staffed. Highly recommend.

Food City is the best. Friendly workers that go out of their way to help you when you shop at their store and you need something that you can't find immediately at your disposal. Last night due to the covert virus all of the record regular shopping centers were closed and I visited at food City unfortunately it was closing too but I told the ladies there that I was looking for a DVD of the hulk for my 3-year-old grandson Peyton and that he had his heart set on it and I did not want to disappoint him by going home without it. The manager agreed to stay open extra late assured me it was okay to come in and look around through their DVDs that they had for sale even though we did not find one with the hulk all three of the workers went through the DVDs with me one by one and we picked out everyone that involved a superhero that we knew would be sure to warm my Peyton's heart. These ladies will never know how much that meant to me and I am so so grateful. It's things like this that gives food City the wonderful reputation that it has along with the wonderful prices and the great products that they offer this is truly what America needs in a time like this when we face our hardest battle thank you food City Peyton and I are both grateful.
