This IHG hotel is warm and inviting. Serve was top notch. Fitness center is up to date. Washer and dryers are free for guest. Definitely staying here during football season.

Newer property basic biz style not luxury but well done with larger rooms w generous desk & kitchenette. Wifi OK. Staff helpful & courteous. Clean & quiet. Easy parking. No free breakfast but plenty of options nearby. Entirely satisfactory.

Rooms were very clean and quiet, staff was friendly, and overall comfortable stay.

I booked a room with them but had to cancel due to weather messing up my travel. They cancelled my reservation without any problems. Diamond the manager even called to make sure I got the email confirmation on the cancelling of room. Next time I go to goodletsville I will def be staying with them

This is now officially my most favorite hotel hotel that I have ever stayed in. EVER.
(and I have stayed at some very nice, upscale hotels). The hotel is only a month old. so EVERYTHING is fresh and new. Staff are super friendly and helpful; the manager Oscar, was so friendly and welcoming... he made us feel like family, offering recommendations for places to go and attractions to visit. The beds and pillows were luxuriously comfortable, and the accessible rooms we stayed in were spacious and tastefully decorated. I will definitely stay at this hotel again... as a guest, I have never been treated so well. If I could rate Oscar and the Candlewood Suites more than 5 stars, I would!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Awesome place. Rooms are spacious with little kitchen area. Loved it. Was a little bit away from the city but it is awesome inside. Looks like your own tiny apartment. Would definitely come back. Rooms are spotless clean, the staff is truly friendly and helpful. You will love your stay here.

This is my 4th stay at this location . Since my 1st visit the front desk has displayed great improvement with their customer service. They know who I am and treats me so special. I love they make special effort to greet you coming in & out of the lobby. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They don’t serve meals here but in the area there are so many places to go to eat and affordable. There are other hotels in the area that I have stayed in but this is my favorite choice going forward. Most hotels I can’t sleep. The beds are so comfortable and I have the best sleep. I highly recommend this location and KUDOS to Oscar for making this hotel #1. He’s very personable and professional at all times. All the staff has Oscar’s qualities.

The hotel is only a year old...great location off the highway and clean!! Full size kitchens in rooms, with Walmart down the street:made breakfast super easy and affordable each morning 😉 staff is nice. They provide shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in big bottles for your stay. Pool is nice and love the fact you can do laundry here! Stay here!!! Anyone that complained on here, about their room not being cleaned during their stay did not read the sign in their room, that explains since this is more of a long term stay hotel, they dont do service each day: you are assigned 1 day in a 7 day period. If you need more towels or new sheets, all you have to do is ask! Did i mention, stay here!!

Stayed here for the weekend to be closer to my daughters BBall tournament locations.. John and Juan greeted us as we checked in at the front desk. They were very friendly, professional and informative. The hotel was very clean and our room was clean for the most part. The only issue we noticed was trash left in two of the trash cans. We were so happy they had a laundry room to wash my daughters uniform. The pantry was also a plus because it was hard to find food after 9 in that area.

Brand new so i expected it to be clean but in addition the staff was super friendly. The room was comfy and instead of your normal "kitchenette",we had a normal full sized refrigerator,microwave,and dishwasher. The sink was half sized but has a garbage disposal and the stove was about half sized as well. The cabinets were fully stocked with everything from dishes, pots and pans, and silverware to dish towels and dishwasher soap. To top it all off PET FRIENDLY! My dog goes wherever I go and i don't think we as pet owners should have to stay in shabby facilities just because we have our 4 legged babies with us.

Brand new hotel. Very clean and well appointed. Staff was very courteous and professional at check in. AC is cold and very quiet. Beds are comfortable. TV is not only new, but well positioned for all areas of the room. My lone opportunity to share revolves around water pressure, which is rather weak.

This hotel was very nice! I reserved a double queen bedded room and it was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable too. The staff was very pleasant. I only stayed there one night and I wished I'd stayed a little longer.

I have stayed in a couple Candlewood suites in different states and they have all been great! This one in particular has been beyond great. Latoya which works front desk has made it the best one so far. She was very helpful and went an extra mile when she saw me covering my face with my blouse, not only did she offer me a face mask but, also gave me one for my two boys and one for my husband as well. She could have simply given my one for myself only but she thought of my family as well and, that with that being finding someone who goes far and beyond is hard to find. I am grateful and content with my experience thank you Latoya!!

This place is INSANE! The rooms are so big. The beds are nice. Everything is so clean. They have kitchens in the room. You’re able to buy snacks and microwave meals. They have laundry services. Irons in the rooms. Can even borrow a dvd from the front desk to watch in your room. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in for this price.

Great road hotel. Definitely a newer hotel with an impeccable room and a spotless facility. It wasn't too pricey when I passed through, but man it was way out of the way if you're passing through town east/west, but it was totally worth it to have such a pristine hotel. Definitely would stay the night again if I was headed through here. Lots of nearby restaurants to grab a quick bite before leaving town.

We stayed in Nashville, by the airport. Took us maybe 10 minutes to drive down to Broadway.
It was a very nice suite, clean and spacious.
If I had to say a con it would be that they don't serve breakfast.

We were there the July 26th-29th, everything was awesome ! Very clean nice room with handicapped accessibility for me as I have MS. We called prior to our stay just to touch base on what we originally requested. Always a smart idea! The Manager (Oscar) was so nice, friendly , helpful, and practiced professionalism!! I highly enjoyed myself, I am old school and do admit I'm particular! The staff also were great, I'll go back for sure! 👍🌞😎thanks to all there, you made my vacation even more enjoyable!!!

Best stay we have had anywhere. Very clean full size kitchen lived the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel dispenser, product very good quality. Will always love for candlewood suites when traveling
