Jay's New York Pizza & Grill

They handled our large group well, wait staff was a-hoppin'! Food was tasty, but stick to classic diner food (face facts, you're not there for a salad).
Pizza looked great, we will try it later.
As for some advice: you knew we were coming, make sure the ketchup bottles are full. I had to raid four tables to get enough for the fries. 😉

This is a "go-to" place for me. There is something on the menu to satisfy even the appetite of the pickiest of eaters. The pizza is fantastic - some of the best I've ever had anywhere. Walking by the display case of desserts on the way to the dining area is a clever ploy to make you want to save room after you've eaten (did someone say chocolate cake). All of which is served with a welcoming and friendly smile by someone who feels like your neighbor by the time you get ready to leave.

EDIT: We got this BBQ Chicken with jalapenos deep dish pizza and it is AWESOME! I would definitely get this again! The owner is super friendly as well as great customer service!! He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.
I highly recommend this place. This isn't our first time ordering take out and I can honestly say we've not been disappointed. They have great food and customer service. I've had a hard time finding a good pizza and Jay makes the best. I've also had a fried chicken wrap, turkey sub, deep fried mushrooms, onion rings and everything has been delicious. I plan on trying the smoked chicken next.

So we were just coming back into town looking for a place to eat and googled pizza place near me. Found this place online but it was 25 minutes in the wrong direction. We decided to go anyway, and boy we are glad we did. Ended up ordering fried smoked bologna sandwiches, which were off the hook. Ordered a large vegetarian pizza to take home, and it was awesome heated up. We will be back even though it's a 45 minute drive from home. One of the coolest places I've eaten but a very quirky place. The waitress was awesome I wish I remembered your name, but you were awesome!!!

This is the absolute best place you will eat in East Tennessee! We have been coming here for a while now and Jay has always exceeded our expectations, but he has taken it to the next level with his hot bar! Go see Jay, he personally works in the restaurant and creates the menu! He is down to earth and very welcoming!

I always get the cheese steak. It's always so good and this time was no different. We did, however, dine in this time. The server was friendly and very attentive. The prices are a little on the higher side but I don't mind because the sandwich is that good!

Jays is a great place to eat! My #1 favorite is the chicken egg rolls & #2 is the fried bologna sandwich w/onion rings! Pizzas are amazing as well! Jay is an awesome dude, He always makes sure I’m good with my visit.. Great Guy, & when you have the owner always there making sure everything is great even making the food for his customers is really cool & is exactly what a business needs! If your looking for a hometown spot or a drive to check it out Jays is worth it!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stopped in from out of town with the family and had the Hot Bar which was great! I had meat loaf, corn, green beans and mashed potatoes. My husband had a smoked half chicken with potato salad and baked beans and the kids had fried chicken and potato wedges. The staff was very hospitable and kept our cups full. It was a great experience and we highly recommend it.

Being from NY it’s been a challenge finding good sauce, pizza and pasta dishes. Jay “ hits the nail on the head” with his Brooklyn roots and scratch sauce. To our delight, his smoked brisket is one of the leanest and tastiest we’ve had since moving here three ago. Highly recommend and just proves never judge a book by its cover:)

I had the absolute best Fried/Smoked Bologna Sandwich from here. Heidi was our waitress, and she just had the absolute best service from a waitress/waiter that I’ve ever had. We had our dog with us and she even took care of him with water and some food.

The food was delicious, and the owner alone will keep customers coming back. If you love bologna, you better run, not walk to the store.

Blake is the best bartender in loudon county! Got to know her at another establishment and when she let me know she was at Jay's, I jumped in the car and headed to see her! Will definitely be back!

We have never had a bad experience at Jays! Definitely come hungry cause Jay will feed you plenty and some for leftovers. Cookie is always a dear and so are all the other servers and staff.

This food is delicious real New York style ,big city taste and small town friendly service. Fran was our bartender she's an excellent mixologist always had great suggestions and has a passion for her craft. We are so excited to have a place like this in our small Town. Fran is very talented bartender super kind always made us feel like family! This is our new spot!

Our favorite thing from jays is the Pizza! A large pepperoni from jays feeds our whole family so we don’t have to break the bank if it’s not a good night to cook dinner

Love the remodel of Jay's! Same great food, but completely different dining experience! Heidi is awesome as well! Highly recommend it in downtown Loudon, TN!

This calzone made me cry tears of joy! Absolutely wonderful!! For overall experience-food, service and atmosphere..I’d give 20 stars if I could. See you next time we’re in town.

I had the cheeseburger smothered as on the menu with pepper jack cheese. Definitely satisfied. Flavor, size, appearance, texture. Checks all boxes.

My family ate at Jay’s New York Pizza & Grill tonight. Our server recommended the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. This sandwich was so big that two adults could share it. The seasoning was fantastic. The steak was tender. It was the best Philly Steak sandwich I have ever had. My husband got the burger and he said it was very good. The service was also great. The prices are very affordable. We highly recommend dining here.
