Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

I was a guest here for a retirement seminar. I was so excited to hear there was a cocktail hour and light snacks and was very excited once I saw the room. I went in town to be with some friends so I missed the first happy hour but was able to do it the next day. My only issue was that I paid $35 for parking for 2 days and the people who came for the seminar was supposed to pay $10 but didn’t because the arm was up for them to leave. Anyone could have come and gone as they pleased. Still had a great stay

We had such a nice experience here. Clean room and sheets. Staff was nice. Loved the cocktail hour every day and the free airport shuttle. Check in and out went smoothly. They also offer a shuttle to downtown for a small fee. Drivers were friendly and outgoing. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family

They offer shuttles to the airport. Which was a great convenience. I loved the free drinks in the evening and the breakfast too. The beds were spacious and I truly appreciated the lamps having outlets for me to charge my devices on (fyi, I have a lot of devices to charge)

Great location, staff was professional and very pleasant, good selection and tasty breakfast! Darnell was our chef! Very nice indeed! We will return!

complaint. The omelets were delicious. He was great. Keep this guy. Location wasn’t the best because there’s no restaurants or stores to get snacks. The drinks are way too high for the location.

My family enjoyed the indoor pool. The social hour was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The young lady at front desk was very pleasant upon checking in. Also, the other front desk assistants were very nice. I will be back.

Great service, security was on point with help. My truck got broken into downtown Nashville, and the security guy looked after my truck when I got back until I could get my window fixed the next day.

Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious room, and very friendly staff. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. We will definitely be staying again anytime we are in Nashville.

I was actually visiting my brother here. The bartender was great, they have a time when drinks are free of charge, the rooms are AWESOME (he and his family got 2 suites). I love how big and inviting this place is...

This was a great experience for me! My room was very nice. I appreciated the reception every night too! The restaurant was also very good. For location, it was good for me because it's only two blocks from my office. They have a fantastic breakfast too! There's a chef there to make omelettes and there is a really good selection of other food.

The only issue I had is that you have to pay for parking. They charge you each morning for the previous night's parking. Honestly, I wouldn't mind as much if there was something worth paying for. However, you pay for parking and then there are signs telling you to park at your own risk. In other words, there isn't security. What are we paying for? If you're paying over $100 a night to stay there, they should provide parking free, or if they're going to charge for it, there should be a security guarantee.

Anyway.... I'll probably stay again because it's convenient to our office and I like the overall experience. It was nice ti feel valued.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and great complimentary services! Staying a little further from downtown, we were able to stay for 2 nights for the same cost as 1 night in a downtown hotel! The Monarch shuttle to downtown was a great perk, and they also had friendly drivers!

We really enjoyed our stay here - staff was all very friendly and the entire facility was nice. Rooms were clean and looked to be well maintained.

The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. They had omelets to order, and a good selection of other food.

In the evening they had live music and snacks, along with drinks (1 free per person).

The suite rooms were large and had good amenities. The shower was warm and had plenty of water pressure.

The pool and workout room was nice, there was enough workout equipment to get in a decent workout. The pool was noisy when busy but that's expected.

We felt safe while on site, the hotel is also in a business park and away from main roads. We felt comfortable leaving our vehicle in the parking lot and had no issues.

We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay when flying out of bna. Use spothero for parking and hotel shuttle to and from airport. Cost is about half what airport parking is

Embassy Suites is always a great choice!!!!! (We had to pick up two daughters from the airport 12 hours apart, so we had to stay overnight in Nashville.)

The accommodations are fantastic, especially when staying with a larger group - we had three adults and three children and were able to stay in one suite together with plenty of room. We had 2 queen beds in one room, and a sleeper sofa in the other - it was great having 2 rooms with little ones! All were very comfortable.

Their included evening reception is a great touch (think: snack foods & drinks), and their "made to order" omelettes at breakfast cannot be beat, not to forget the other delicious food they offer as well. The coffee is excellent, which is much appreciated! (This is by far the best breakfast at a hotel we've ever encountered - we stay at Embassy Suites when they're available, because of this one feature alone!

We encountered several very helpful employees - Moses in maintenance helped us with a flat tire, Jalen the shuttle bus driver (another free service Embassy Suites offers!) does a fantastic job, and Jamie at the front desk is great first impression - she does her job well!

The hotel was beautiful and beds comfortable. We stayed on the top floor (9) so we had a wonderful view. The included breakfast was fantastic, and the reason I booked this hotel. Made to order omelet bar, tons of hot and cold breakfast items to choose from as well. I've included a few pictures of our rooms view.

We were on 8th floor, $250+ a room. Didn't use the pool, but it was a nice indoor pool.

+ Lobby staff was very friendly and helpful!
- had dirty trey, but it wasn't a big deal since we didn't use it.
