Wingate by Wyndham Nashville Airport

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here this week. The service was excellent. The rooms were clean. Bob the driver was great. He gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Which we did and his recommendations were on spot. I didn’t get the ladies name in the breakfast area but she was so accommodating. She never stops moving. She keeps it neat and tidy.

I needed a hotel that was close to the airport and low cost. I picked Wingate/Nashville. My expectations were low. I just needed a room for the night before I would start out for my destination in Alabama. So, I was hoping for a clean bed and a warm shower. From the shuttle service from the airport to the check-in desk to my room---I was treated like a celebrity. The hotel lobby and room are super clean without smelling like chemicals. The bathroom was immaculate (I am very picky about a clean bathroom). The bed must have "crack" in the mattress because I did not want to leave it. It was the most pleasant sleep I ever had in a hotel room. I was almost tempted to cancel my business in Huntsville and stay another night. That room was so comfortable and clean that I intend to return to Nashville this summer with my hubby and visit the sights. My hubby and I are retired seniors who travel a lot for pleasure. We have been to luxury resorts that were not as great as this hotel. I can't say enough about it. I highly recommend it.

Where do I begin .. this place is Wonderful 💜 I am not one of those people that expect perfection out of a world where I'm aware it's not needed nor possible; we are all humans !! That being said, I love it here... I read oh their was car break ins, but that stuff happens even in the most upscale places .. that's the world we leave in now days.. so it's not fair to hold that over their head... I believe that it's how one deals with situations that makes them honorable... And that's what this hotel does. They are kind, personable, check in is done in a timely manner. They are always upbeat and positive, and patient .. 💜💗 They made me feel at home ... And I felt so SAFE HERE, location is amazing... So quiet... So clean.... And the gentlemen that does the shuttle they are all very kind and go out of their way to help ... Breakfast is great, now if you are human just like me this is a wonderful place to stay ..I love this place, I love the staff. They are very hard workers... And the manager, well Sam is just wonderful. I appreciate y'all. Thanks for the great stay :)

This hotel is so nice and immaculately clean in every area. The check in staff was so nice. Laura, the breakfast attendant is just the sweetest woman and a true definition of southern hospitality. Please recognize her hard work!!!!

The staff here went above and beyond to help me in a time of need! I arrived in Nashville at another hotel I had reservations at only to discover they had cancelled everyone's rooms without notice! Infact there was just a handwritten sign on the desk about it when we arrived. I was devastated. The Wingate staff was exceptional at getting us into a last minute room and being genuinely nice, compassionate people. I cannot say thank you enough. I didn't get the name of the lovely woman who helped get us checked in, but she was working the night of Sept 28th so I hope whoever sees these reviews can forward her another massive thank you! We are so appreciative! Secondly, the room was immaculate and the bed was huge & comfy. Honestly we were so stressed before finding this place that I think I sat in the shower for two hours once we got into the room and even that was so good it was almost a religious experience. Breakfast was probably the best quality I've had at a hotel, as well. I highly recommend this location! Save yourself the frustration of dealing with anyone else and book here - because they understand good customer service and were just so pleasant.

This was a very good place. I have a hard time thinking of anything that wasn't clean, we'll decorated, or offered good service, etc. The bathroom was extremely nice. It felt like a new hotel. Breakfast was the usual but good. Staff was friendly and genuinely seemed happy to help. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent. The mattress was great, the pillows comfortable and there were plenty. The room was clean and temperature was easily set. The ride in from the airport was so appreciated. The breakfast was unrushed and quite the variety. The coffee was spot on (some are so weak it's like colored water). The lady seeing to keeping it full and fresh was right on it. The front desk clerks were quite responsive, kind and professional with any requests. Housekeeping must be right on it as well, because the room was clean and fresh. Thanks!

This was a really nice hotel. The front staff was friendly and helped us to the room because they had a key shortage. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

The best part about the room? The shower. It was spacious and clean and just perfect.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities for showering, delicious breakfast food with the fantastic waffle iron, and the staff was kind and courteous. The "gym" left something to be desired, but I didn't even have time for it. Great place to sleep!

I was hesitant to stay here because of some of the old reviews but I’m glad we didn’t listen. Our experience was great. Check in was easy with no issues. Our stay was super quiet and we didn’t get bothered by outside noise. The location is great to include the airport being down the road. The breakfast was okay keep in mind it’s free: cereal 🥣, eggs, sausage, assortment of pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, juice, chocolate milk......so yes not bad.

Really enjoyed our stay here during a convention. Front desk staff was fabulous. There was morning breakfast with eggs, sausage, bagels etc until 10 or 9:30am. Clean rooms and comfy bed. I would second the need for a mini fridge in the rooms. Theres a microwave in the lobby downstairs if needed. Showers were spacious and plenty high for me (5'8"). Nice little convenience area in the lobby with snacks, drinks, and common supplies that's 24 hours and can be added to your room. Overall really pleasant stay! Would book again.

Always have a great stay here. Its clean bathrooms are awesome. Still has the new smell. Night shift worker is awesome he made sure we had rides to airport and back even though the shuttle was off

Free parking, great breakfast with all the continental needs as well as hot scrambled eggs and it was either sausage or bacon that they offered. I can't adequately remember. WiFi worked great at the hotel and the receptionists, breakfast attendant, and other employees were great. It is a new hotel and everything was great. My king bed deluxe room was great with a sliding door (rather than a regular door) to close up the bathroom.

This was an EXCELLENT CHOICE for my unexpectedly long stay!! Every single staff member was great and accommodating, and helpful. Elizabeth, Brian, Kenny, Anton, and the two ladies and the African guy whose names I wish I knew but they were all just congenial, professionally welcoming, and the embodiment of hospitality. This was a clean property. I've never seen so many clean trash cans well placed around a hotel property before. I was impressed and it made it easier to conform to the COVID-19 limits on housekeeping access. Everybody chipped in on helping with housekeeping like towel replenishment since the housekeeping staff was limited in access to my room. And, when housekeeping did come in, they did a great job. This is the place to stay!!

The one drawback is that there isn't much in the area in the way of stores or restaurants and the places that deliver charge high delivery fees.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely nice. They wanted to help however they could to ensure that our stay was excellent. One staff member name Kevin was great! He was very attentive to our needs and responded to our questions or concerns immediately. My family and I will definitely stay here again when we are visiting the Nashville area.

Front desk staff and breakfast area attendees were very helpful and kind. Randy, the van driver, is courteous and got me to a nearby park safely so I could run (highly recommend the greenway paved trails), as well as off to the airport. Food variety was decent for breakfast, and the meeting room was great.

Round two at the Wingate and a welcome site it is. The building feels new and well maintained. We chose to extend our stay in the location due to this fact. Rooms are large and spacious, bathrooms are new and clean, easily accessible. Great hotel for the price. I hope to always have a Wingate available when I travel.

What a nice hotel!!!! Super soft, comfy beds; wonderful hot showers; and the staff is 5 star! Kevin at the front desk was the absolute BEST at checking me in and making me feel important! I Will MOST DEFINITELY stay here again.

Nothing but good to say about this place. It was conveniently located and the whole place is super nice.
We were very comfortable during our week stay here and never felt unsafe. The rooms and bathrooms were super nice.
The breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy, but it took care of one meal for us.
I will for sure be staying here again when I come back in the Summer.

Everyone is really friendly. It just got built about a month ago so everything is new. Breakfast wasn't that great and doesnt have a pool, but I don't like swimming and don't eat breakfast much. No weights in the fitness room but a Bowflex type machine so that was pretty nice. The rooms are great and modern and the furniture actually matches! Overall really great and would stay again especially for the price.
