This place always has something for everyone. The furniture is very good quality and they have plenty, from finished to unfinished. The prices are reasonable and if you have a chance stop in and pick something up. Ya can't go wrong here!

This place FAR exceeded my expectations. Its more than just "oak"... they have a great selection of well-made furniture, both finished and unfinished. The bookcases I ordered came exactly as described. The customer service was AMAZING- from the sales rep (Terry) to the Delivery Drivers, every employee was top-notch! I highly reccommned this place!

Great variety of finished and unfinished furniture. The prices are good and there was a sale on. I have purchased a variety of pieces over the years. Even though it is called "Oak" factory outlet, it isn't all oak furniture.

These folks are great! I bought a pie safe years ago and some of the clips that hold the tin inserts in the doors recently cracked. I called and asked if they had any replacement clips. Don told me to stop by and he’d see if he had any to give me. He searched for quite a while and brought me 10 clips that were similar. Didn’t charge me anything. My pie safe is good as new. They are good folks and it’s s pleasure doing business with them.

Before my wife and I purchased furniture here we had visited Ashley, B.F. Meyers, and Haverty's to see what we could buy for our money. These others stores had nice looking furniture, but often I found the wood was thin, less durable furniture. The heaviness and durability was one of the first things I noticed with the furniture at the Oak Factory and was very happy with the price.

Also, you the option to buy the furniture unfinished or finished which is nice. I put a natural stain on a pantry for our kitchen that was an easy project and it turned out great. I estimated saving $200 buying the furniture from the Oak Factory and staining it myself.

Had a good experience. The salesperson was helpful and answered all our questions. He introduced himself and allowed us to browse freely. Once we focused on a couple things he showed us plenty of options in the store. I've purchased there before and will visit there again when shopping for furniture.

Pretty good selection and great service. I love that I can save a few bucks and get unfinished so that I can stain how I want it stained. Prices are better than your big name brand furniture stores that focus on celebrity names to raise the $$

This place has excellent furniture at great prices. Delivery was prompt and professional. If you are tired of buying disposable furniture you have to assemble yourself, give them a try and support a local business

Great place for real wood furniture at reasonable prices. They have both finished and unfinished pieces. Unfinished pieces can be finished in the stain you select for an extra fee. Much better and different selection than most furniture stores for real wood furnishings.

You can definitely get a good buy here because there's some good quality furniture at good prices, but there is also quite a bit of low-quality stuff, so be sure you know what you're looking for. The people were great - not pushy, but helpful and available. I'll definitely do business here again.
