Sanders Ferry Park

18 holes. Nice restrooms . Alot of parking. Water views . Boat ramp. Definitely got some challenging tees offs by water so becareful u lose Disc. Don't recommend if your not good at throwing.

Beautiful setting for walks, disc golf and cross country runs. We had so much fun here. Pavilions and restrooms were clean and stocked. Making plans with family and friends to return for a day. The fall colors were beautiful and the sunset reflecting in the waters just magical.

We attended the Scottish Highland Games as a Clan. The Park was excellent for our 2-day event, with a great setting and good parking. We're planning on attending next year.

Beautiful park and incredibly spacious. Rentals for special events are reasonable and fantastic scenery. Great for those who love running/walking. 2 decent playgrouds and disc golf courts. Kids love it out here, perfect for letting your heathens run wild.

I loved the openness and lake views. Very clean. Perfect place for running, disc golf, or just a picnic with family. Nestled nicely at the end of one of Hendersonville’s peninsulas. Would love to see more events at this park.

Very nice park. Hope the Middle Tennessee Highland Games will continue holding the games here. Plenty of room to grow. Rampant Lion Leathersmith really enjoyed vending today and look forward to tomorrow (sun. 9/11/2022)

Beautiful park! Very well maintained. I only saw a small portion of the park as we were there for the Middle Tennessee Highland Games, but what we did see was very clean, well managed, and laid out well enough that for someone who has never been there before it was easy to navigate the park.

I LOVE this park! The disc golf course here is really fun to play. The basketball court is nice enough for outdoors. The pavilions and the small playground are also pretty nice. All in all, it's a great park with beautiful views and plenty of space. Check it out if you haven't yet!

This place is awesome. Has quite a few shelters, fresbie golf, boat ramp, basketball courts and a great deal of bathrooms all over. Highly recommend this place for an outdoor outing.

This park is really nice and clean. We went for the Highland games and really enjoyed them. This park has disc golf, playgrounds, pavilions, and a fairly large boat ramp.

Disc golf, model plane field, fishing, boating. Just relax and enjoy the great outdoors! Great place to walk and clear your head or go sit by the water and figure out life on life’s terms. This park will not disappoint. Something for everyone. Handicap boat ramp

Beautiful Park, one of my favorite spots to go fishing.

Went for cross country meet, was a very nice park (water front). Good parking, clean/well kept, rest rooms were not open ( they had portables for the meet), Hendersonville mounted police patrolling.

One of my favorite parks for disc golf. Mainly open course with some technical aspects (especially on the back 9 holes).

We really enjoy walking at this park. There are multiple pavilions, a boat ramp, places to fish, frisbee golf course, RC airfield, and a couple playgrounds. The grounds are kept up and mowed and clean.

Absolutely beautiful place, calm and quiet other people there are friendly and considerate of others, went over there while visiting family and will definitely be back, the view of the water is stunning and everything is kept clean and well maintained also has a ton of frisby golf which I didn't even know was a thing before visiting here great place to go alone or with family to relax

Saw the highland games here this is a great Park to have the Scottish highland games and bagpipers lots of people lots of cars but plenty of room for parking good job for everyone that participated

The Scots festival was lovely! The music was great, Highland Games entertaining, savory pies delicious, and the bagpipe competition engaging.

Such a wonderful place to spend time with a secret lover, it makes it even more exciting knowing they have someone waiting at home and your true love of 16 years is not even a mile down the road waiting up while you go for a drive "alone". No big deal right? How about "I don't want to talk about it" that's a good one. Unbelievable the amount of pain individuals cause without a care in the world, until they get caught then it's the usual "I'm sorry,I was drinking and don't remember, I love you and will never do it again, it only happened once lol I think that's the best one. Fool of the year award goes to yours truly.
