Baymont by Wyndham Goodlettsville/Nashville

Me and my family went here to celebrate my mother graduation. We booked last minute and felt very welcomed! The front desk people were so sweet and helped us with any questions we had! The rooms were clean and the pool was so much fun ! Very nice staff and breakfast was good. Also surrounded by many fast foods.The rooms were also cheap! Love it will book here again!

Great budget hotel! Right across the street from a grocery store just in case you want to pick up a beer or wine to relax at the end of the day. Customer service was good, and the room was clean.

The service and location are great. Close to several restaurants, shopping centers, and medical. We've stayed here before. There are things that need updated, but the price & location is what it is. The rooms are ok the only thing I wish they'd do is concentrate more on cleaning. The rooms are never filthy, but you can tell with each stay some rooms get cleaned better than others.

For an economical priced Hotel The Baymont in Goodlettesville tn has the nicest employees, cleanest rooms, and great location. I've been staying there off and on in recent months after the tornado nearly wiped out Hemdersonville Dec 9 2023. And the.place I was planning on moving to. I've shopped arou.d and I've paid double their rates and was disappointed. Where as they always welcomed and make me feel right at home. It is now the only Hotel in tje area that I will stay. They even looked after my car when I went out.of town recently. Here in a world where wal.art has security cirling the parking litaking sure nobody stays over there alotted time. And you can't park a d leave a vehicle anywhere without worrying g a out it getting towed. That was and very nice thing for them to do for me. 5 ☆s as far as I'm Concerned

This place is not what other bad reviews state. Maybe they were more fancy expecting a wine and dine yet my husband and I travel for work and this place had NO BUGS and no crackheads... the room is clean the staff goes above and beyond. Our only complant is the coffee is weak. Yet clean air ducks no mold no bugs great stay. Recommend 100 percent. Definitely up to Wyndem standards.

Staff was friendly. Location is near many shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great rooms for the price!

The people who work here are absolutely amazing. They made this place feel like home. I didn't like Tennessee much but they made it worth the trip and made me enjoy Tennessee so much more than I could have ever imagined. Absolute angels thank God for these people!! Love to all of you!<3

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom area was clean and well-stocked. Will stay here again when we are in the area.
We are back in town for a week. Nothing has changed. Room is great!

Very nice and helpful staff. Very courteous and friendly and always interested in helping you with any questions that you may have during your stay. Very knowledgeable about the area and had plenty of brochures about local points of interest and some within a reasonable amount of drive time of points of interest to visit.

Let me start out by saying I am not one to write reviews. After reading the reviews I was nervous about booking the rooms for my in-laws. They were coming into town for our wedding. But I got such a good deal I thought what the hell it's just a place to shower and sleep. I went to their rooms (we booked 2) for a visit and I was shocked. NONE of the reviews were accurate according to what I experienced. The rooms were clean and fresh, recently painted (but not so recent you could smell paint). The sheets were white and soft, the bathrooms were clean, I did not see one bug. I asked about the breakfast and my mother-in-law said it was "ok" but she's a little picky. I mean it's hotel food, not mommas cooking so what do you expect? I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value and very clean.

Great room at a great price. Room was clean, staff was helpful and courteous. What I really liked was that I was able to hook my BLU RAY player up to the TV and watch the movies I wanted. The room had cable or satellite, not sure which but had all the popular channels. Ice machine worked well and was able to get lots of ice no problem. There was a $50 security deposit, but I got it back a couple of days later because I used my card. If you pay cash and wait around for them to check the room, you can get the cash back the day you check out. I would definitely stay here again.

I had bias thoughts before coming here because of the reviews. Wasn't my 1st choice to stay when coming out of time but I booked it last minute. I will say this place surprised me. I was greeted with a smile & a conversation. The woman at the front desk was super nice & recommended some places to eat that wasn't on the map & was helpful. The room was just like any other place & I didn't find anything wrong with it like most people complained about. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second year I've stayed here on vacation. We had such a good stay last year, we purposely made a point of staying again.
The staff, during both stays, have been especially nice, friendly, and always helpful. The rooms are always clean and always have a microwave & refrigerator. I make a point of this because I stayed the night at a competitor a few days before and found out after checking in that you had to ask specifically for a room w/ these amenities.
The location is great, also. We're surrounded by many restaurants, retailers, a grocery, and even the post office. Just moments from the highway, it's only a 15 minute drive for us to downtown Nashville. Which is great for us since it keeps us from having to spend a small fortune for a hotel in Nashville.
I would definitely recommend the Baymont/Goodlettsville to anyone who's looking for nice place to stay & isn't hard on the pocketbook.

I am super picky about cleanliness. Our room was clean and comfortable. I'm glad I didn't bother with the other ratings, the water was nice and hot and no bugs anywhere. Good, safe area, friendly people, several restaurants. Will stay here again.

Compared to most rooms in this area besides the newly built motel motels they are very clean and it has everything you need in the rooms they offer free breakfast which was great it was stocked and fresh and lots of stuff to choose from. They had so many cable channels unlike most rooms in this area. They where kid friendly most definitely. And very friendly and helpful when ask for anything. Even the newspapers where ready for ya in the mornings. The beds are pillowtop and very comfortable too. I recommend this motel to anyone. Mr. Patel's staff is 5 star for sure! We stayed 2 nights for my medical appointments at Vanderbilt. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet too. The complementary breakfast was good compared to most hotels. Great southern staples. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job. I will definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms have been recently updated with a large refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The location of this one is perfect because there is a large Kroger grocery store across the street an there are several fast food and convenience gas stations within very easy walking distance including a KFC, McDonald's, Wendy's and Waffle House. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful.

I stayed here during the evacuation of a hurricane. The staff was amazing. They made sure that we were comfortable and the best part was breakfast everyday of biscuits and gravy. I would totally come back there again, hopefully we don't have to.

Helping deliver pizza on the weekends allows me to see different hotels and how clean they appear. This happened to be on of the better ones that I have been to in a while. The hotel staff was attentive and helped me find the elevators and told me the direction I would need to go.

Our whole experience was perfect. Good service. Clean rooms. And continental breakfast was fully stocked. Very satisfied for a one night travel stop.
