Woodland Heights Medical Center

The establishment was neat and clean. The waiting room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. All in all I had a very pleasant visit. I have no problem recommending this facility to anyone who needs assistance with their health.

Kim at ER check-in is so nice. It’s nice to have a real person acknowledge and care about you. She is super quick, multi- tasks and gets the job done. It really helps to have employees who have a sense of urgency especially in the ER. Uses kind words and made me feel welcome. Most people these days have NO people skills. Thanks Kim for doing your job! She deserves a raise !!!

The shock of getting my breast squash was a blast, except for the pain.
The tech was nice and a sweet person, and help me when I didn't know what I was doing there.
When the doctor want a breast exam done, which I forgot to study for. Thank goodness it didn't take very long to get done.

I had a CT scan and Bone scan done in the radiology department at the hospital. I received exceptional care. A viable vein couldn't be found after 2 tries, so they brought
in a MRI machine to find a good vein, which I appreciated instead of sticking me a lot of unsuccessful times. I was treated with the highest respect and thoughtfulness during all procedures. Each procedure was thoroughly explained to me. I'm extremely grateful for the professional and considerate techs that respected me as a person and not just another procedure that had to be done.

Everyone that I encountered for my appointment was GREAT!! Making the appointment was easy. When I arrived I was greeted warmly. Paperwork was quickly done. My wait time was minimal. I was in and out in a timely manner. Upon leaving several staff members wished me a good day. Great job all around!!!

This is the second time I've been in this hospital for different reasons. Both times have been a good experience. It's very clean and the staff have always made me feel comfortable with the procedures that I needed done. The Doctors and nurses are very friendly and very professional. I'm very thankful for all they did for me. God bless them all.

Everyone was very nice. Made sure all my needs were met. Courteous great bedside manner. My nurse was absolutely amazing. Can't remember her name but my surgery was January 16th at 8am. Thank you

I visited Memorial Heights 11/21-11/22 for a surgical procedure. Everyone I met with was friendly and respectful. The nurses made me comfortable and aware of what they would be doing prior to surgery. The nurses who cared for me after surgery and until I was discharged were friendly and helpful. I was well taken care of and couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my time there.

5 years ago the Woodland Heights ER saved my life. I will always have a special place in my heart for the wonderful doctors and nurses that work there. I cannot say enough good things about them.

My father in law was admitted to Woodland Heights our experience was great in the ER then he was admitted to ICU where Jonas took great care of him but our best experience was April from the cafeteria , she made sure he was eating and tried several things to ensure he was getting what he liked. I do believe with her taking so much time to make sure he would eat it sped up his recovery . We will forever be grateful for everyone that helped him but can’t thank April and her staff for going above and beyond thank you we will definitely recommend Woodland Heights to everyone

My experience today was awesome! Everyone was pleasant and took very good care of me. Health care workers don't get the praise they deserve sometimes, so y'all are the best! Thank you all!!

Staff and Technicians were super friendly. Best memogram experience I have ever had. She was very gentle.

I have never been treated so nicely and I had a great time getting a heart Cath done. The nurses, staff, surgeon team are top notch. Thanks y'all! God bless y'all

The people at woodland heights was so nice and friendly and professional they made me feel much better they made me feel loved I love them all but my favorite one was the one was the lady who put in the IV she was so gentle and so nice the whole experience at the. hospital was great and I think y'all for the love that you gave me and then nice treatment of getting me well may God bless you all 💓

I went there after going to a different hospital. The first hospital I went to sent me home with a uti. I went home in extreme pain and vomiting. I went to Woodland heights and they did test and in just a few minutes knew what was wrong. I was in extreme pain and they took care of me. I had a twisted stomach and they thought I may need surgery but the surgeon did some tests and thank God I didn't have to have it. The nurses took really good care of me the time I spent there. Scott and Autumn were awesome. Everyone was amazing. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Thank you for the care you gave me.

The whole group in day surgery were very caring and made sure I was comfortable and that every detail of my taking blood was exact! The nurse, Sharon was excellent!

I'm so thankful for Vanessa in post pardon...I think that's it..she had awesome bed side manners and was super helpful! Kylie the night nurse was super amazing as well!! She complimented me as a patient and was on top of my meds when needed...Surgery people were awesome too...don't quite remember them though...Dr Jerry Johnson is always on his A game, does a great job explaining everything in detail!!! Overall experience was amazing...couldn't have asked for anything different...

1:15 am husband complained of severe headache. He has had a stroke, so I took him to ER. Got immediate attention and test. All clear with test. Dehydration was decided. We went home, both of us slept well. I will monitor his liquids very close.
Staff was attentive, and professional as usual. Thank you, Marianna, wife.

Being the first time there for myself I was very pleased with how easy it was to get registered. The staff was friendly and professional. Want to thank Daniel the RN that was taking care of the before and after a big thank you. He kept me and my wife informed throughout the process.

Staff were kind and professional. I was treated with respect and asked if I was okay during each change of position during mammogram. All areas of the facility is very clean. Overall it was a very good experience.
