Vanderbilt Health Walk-In Clinic Hendersonville

I had previously left a 1 star review after 2 bad visits. But I am updating this review on the visit I had today. I was treated kindly and the Dr listened and was very knowledgeable. I'm going to say it must depend on who's working. Hopefully there will be more like this and less like previous.

I have been to this clinic several times and have been shown nothing but respect each time. Staff is always courteous. Most of the time I am in and out with a quickness. Can’t say enough good things about this clinic!

Went in for asthma exacerbation. The front desk was helpful and helped me get everything done. The time from registration to getting a room was short. Nurses, doctors, radiology, front desk and other staff were all polite, helpful, and empathetic. Treated my asthma very well and worked with me to get the best prescriptions for my budget. Steroid shot was nearly painless. This urgent care is clean, quiet, and pleasant.

Go here if you want real treatment. Dr. Chasten was professional, HONEST, and helpful. I want her as my primary care! She did a thorough exam, the staff was kind and I wasn't made to feel like a burden like I had at other places. After over a week of horrifically bad pain, multiple ER visits, multiple doctor visits, etc. FINALLY I have a diagnosis, FINALLY someone listened to me and helped me. They didn't disregard my symptoms and instead got me an X Ray (I'd asked for one at every other doctor id visited to this point) and found the problem. I'm so thankful for Dr Chasten and everyone at the Vanderbilt clinic. I don't care what anyone says, I will vouche for this clinic every time. These doctors care, they're thorough, they got me in quickly and yes there was some wait time once I was in the exam room but I have no doubt it was because Dr Chasten was being as thorough with her other patients as she was with me.

I brought daughter in today on the advice of our pediatrician, who’s schedule was too full to fit her in. The front desk staff were very pleasant and sweet with my daughter. They got us in and seen quickly. The physician took his time listening to my concerns and made me feel so much better about her illness. The imaging staff for X-ray were amazing too! We were in and out in less than an hour with an answer and prescriptions. I would highly recommend this office!

My most recent visit was this morning. Was greeted promptly and check in process was smooth. Waited less than 10 minutes to be seen and was very pleased with the concern and the care. Very friendly and professional staff. This was my 4 th visit there since they opened and always a good experience. Highly recommend.

A beautiful facility! I got there early and was seen very quickly. Staff was EXCELLENT! DR. Chasten is a tremendous asset to Vanderbilt! She is fantastic and a great physician. I really had a wonderful visit and my medical needs were taken care of. I can't think of anything which could have been better.

Arrived at opening on a Saturday for pre-op testing on my 4 yr old. Greeted with professionalism, smiles and kindness. Even heard laughter between colleagues (the type you want to hear). We were called back in a timely manner. Our nurse was AMAZING! She made my child so comfortable they were laughing and talking the entire visit. We couldn't be happier with our experience today! There was only one person in line ahead of me and everything went very quickly. Staff was kind and professional. Love having the walk-in clinic so close. The clic staff in the treatment room was fast and efficient. I will definitely return if the need arises.

The doctors, nurses, and front desk workers have all been excellent! We’ve gone twice this month and they were very accommodating and compassionate, not to mention very time efficient!

I love the staff and doctors. Ive never had to wait long.

I've been here three times - two walk-in appts, and one new patient for ortho. The only appointment I had to wait much for was ortho, and that may have been 1/2 an hour. The walk-ins were fast, efficient, well-prepared and professional. One of them even had orders waiting for me ahead of time to be x-rayed based on my complaint.
I expect there to be some growing/expansion pains, but so far I'm thrilled. Trying to sign up for moving my primary care to this location did result in a booking quite a few weeks (months) in the future, but they were able to explain why.
I'm so happy to have a branch in Hendersonville and not need to go downtown as much.
Costs have been in line with what is typical for Vanderbilt so far. Medical care is never cheap, and it's always annoying to have separate bills for the doctor and the facility...

My most recent visit was great. Nurse Mary, Nurse Beadle, and other staff were very kind and listened to me intently. My previous visit on March 12th was not so pleasant

I have been twice. Once for a quick and easy COVID shot and once for a blood draw. Neither time was busy and I was in and out without much hassle. Love having a clinic closer to me!

My experience with the women's center here was excellent. They have helped me with my pregnancy and have made sure I have been healthy throughout the duration.

Nice and clean environment. Excellent staff. Enough space for social distancing. Staff in mask. Fast efficient medical equipment. I love Dr. Trenner he's knowledgeable and kind. They have everything you need in this building.

Very informative and very well organized. Top class service by the receptionist, nurses and doctor.

Easy to checkin and no wait. Staff and doctors were friendly and knowledgeable.
