Well gawd damn Larry! I must say the Barbacoa just might be the best in the world! Definitely the best I've ever had! May God bless all the hands who made our breakfast this morning. Thank you 🙏

Barbaoca is just dam good it waking up to see this guy on the weekend's for Dam near 20 yrs always on point the tamales sometimes are not as fantastic as they could be. But better than most

Simple place. Walk up to counter and place your order. Lady in front of me in line ordered 4dozen tamales and two big containers of barbacoa, they had her order out immediately and were already helping me. Yes, the barbacoa is very good (and it is all meat - not mixed).

Update: Just came back and it’s still very good barbacoa. I had the tamales and they were a little too coarse for me. Very happy with this place and hope I can make it out this way again someday.

The best barbacoa in the world PERIOD. It doesn't get any better than this. His menudo is on the same tier as his baracoa, and I was a person who wasn't a fan of any menudo before. I've been coming here for well over 10 years, give it a try, won't disappoint.

Best place ever to get barbacoa! No other place compares to this one. The hot sauce is absolutely amazing. Been going there since I was a little kid. Still as amazing now as it was back then.

We having been getting Barbacoa exclusively from Larry for almost 20 years. Whenever we have family over that is all they want on Sunday mornings. Larry takes the time to make a great quality Barbacoa. No one else’s comes close to Larry’s. Thank you Larry and staff for the great food.

That was some dang good barbacoa. Not greasy at all, very delicious will definitely stop by again.

The best barbacoa without question in Bexar County. Service is exceptional, and the barbacoa is phenomenal. Make sure to bring cash when you visit as that is their method of payment. Good job Little Larry!

My husband and I have been going here for barbacoa for years. We moved a little farther away from the area. But we still make it a point to drive about 30 minutes each way. If you have never been you don't know what your missing. I do however suggest going early. If not you run the risk of not getting any.

I thought barbacoa was barbacoa. The only difference was all-meat or very greasy. I had some of their all-meat this weekend. I’m not sure exactly what made theirs different but it was definitely the best barbacoa I’ve had. They did a really good job of taking out any excess grease.

I was a bit less impressed with their tortillas but once warmed again they were really good as well. Check them out if you’re in the area. Lucky you if you live in Elmendorf!!

Been going to Larry's for years and grew up on the Southside of San Antonio so feel I have a good idea of what is good and what is not with regards to barbacoa. Larry's, is without a doubt the best you will ever have. His all meat is actually all meat. Others will sell you what that have deemed all meat and nothing compares to Larry's.

Definitely the best barbacoa and tamales around.
Also sells delicious lengua tacos and menudo. You can't go wrong getting food from here on Saturday or Sunday morning. Cash only and come early bcuz this delicious food sells out quick

I thought always that Laredo had the best barbacoa but this is the best awesome!! I just wish they had it in Missouri

Barbacoa the way it should be! I am not sure if you can understand how good this place is with out me being able to download a taste sensation file for a nonexistent app on your phone. you must try this place!

BUT BE WARNED, once you do you will judge all other barbacoa by Larry's barbacoa; and the others will be found wanting.

Hands down the best barbaccoa I’ve ever had. (Sorry family. )I don’t know what Larry does but it’s delicious and consistently perfect every time. I Also love the pork tamales.

Just tried them for the first time some of the best Barbacoa I’ve had by far no fat all meat!!!!!!! Must try them out!!!!! Recommend 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Will be going back every weekend!!!
