SJ Denham Chrysler Jeep Fiat

I had broken down on May 21st. I had my 2008 Jeep towed to SJ Denham from a reststop. It was almost closing time. I was able to drop off my Jeep and made arrangements for a rental car. Within a day it seemed like my Jeep was repaired and in good working order. Hats off to there service department. If they were closer I would probably use them all the time.

Great car buying experience, Kathy, Lisa, Dan and Ryan came through for me. I had my heart set on a Jeep Renegade (a discontinued model). With confidence I gave Kathy my wish list and they immediately went to work. Not only did they find my car within a day, but I got everything I asked for down to the weatherproof floor mats.
From my wish list to finance, to leaving the lot with my first Jeep, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Kathy and Lisa were a joy to work with.

On Saturday 6/17/23 I had a battery issue with my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee while vacationing at Lake Shasta. I went to SJ Denham, and their service department was closed. Wanting to avoid ruining our vacation with our 4 granddaughters, I noticed a garage door opened in their service department, and found Steven Hayward, a tech there, who kindly offered to assist even though he was not working that day! He absolutely saved the day and vacation for us, and I cannot thank him enough for his "above and beyond" attitude! Thank you Steven!

This is the place to go for auto body collision repair! Had me back behind the wheel in practically no time. The will be there when you need them.

We had our Jeep worked on there. Unlike other dealerships, there was no wait to acquire parts.
The repairs were done in a timely fashion, and were affordable. The service department staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Second trip there due to exhaust recovery issues.

For the past 5-years I have dealt with the Parts Department & Service Department at S.J. Denham Jeep for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. In December 2021, I purchased a 2022 Jeep and it was an amazing experience from the start to delivery for my new vehicle. These folks are really on top of the game. Just purchased a gorgeous 2021 Subaru STI from SJ Denham, couldn't be happier with the process. Jaden was extremely helpful, patient and what I like most of all there was absolutely no pressure. He was transparent and easy to communicate with. Overall a very great experience. Lisa was hilarious during the signing, made it all a lot of fun.
