They came out and looked at the roof then sent me over a couple different quotes with different price points and options. After we signed the contract, they squeezed us in their busy schedule and it only took them 3 days to complete the roof! Tugwell was communicative and incredibly easy to work with, we are so happy with the result and will continue to recommend them over and over.

Absolutely a great experience. They were booked out but that is because they do such a good job. I am in love with our new roof and gutters. They did such a good job. They completed it in four days. I asked one of the workers if they could make sure that my driveway was extra combed over to make sure no nails for my tires and the gentleman came back later at the end of his shift and did it in the dark and made sure that all the nails were out of my yard. He combed over my parking area for over 35 minutes in the dark with the magnet. I've already recommended them to my co-workers. This was worth every penny I spent on my new roof.

Tugwell replaced my roof this week. David handled my project to get it scheduled and get the details ironed out. He dropped samples by the house for me to choose my color. They use a quality product with many colors to choose from. He was professional, prompt, and responsive. Cody was the project manager during the installation. He was informative, pointing out what needed to be replaced and gave me updates on the timeline for completion. All the workers were polite and worked efficiently, only taking one day to remove the old roof and make repairs and then a 2nd day to install the new roof. They left my property just as they found it, not a scrap of debris to be found. Best of all, the roof looks great! The seams are perfect and the roof caps are even and cover the paintline. I couldnt be happier with the results. Thank you David, Cody, and all the other workers. You all did a great job!

So glad to have chosen Tugwell Roofing to re-roof our house recently. Recommended to us by a good friend was enough to give Tugwell a call for free estimates that then sent Nick King from Tugwell to take measurements and inspections. Starting with the professionalism given us from Nick and then the Tear-off crew, then the re-roofers and also the Production Assistant Nate Hanna, we knew we had pick the best company. The constant communication we had from Nate kept us abreast of each of the 2 crews progress. Nate made sure he answered all our questions with courtesy and knowledge.

We had our roof installed by Tugwell just over a month ago. We were so pleased with the entire process. Initially, David, their estimator, arrived on time, was thorough and honest. It did take some time to finally have all the work scheduled since they are so busy right now. Once it was scheduled everything ran smoothly. Great customer service! Had roof installed by Tugwell several years ago. A small section of flashing came loose. Within days they sent Fernando out to fix the problem, replacing nails with screws. Not only did he fix the problem, he also went around and put screws in all the flashings on the roof. Fernando should be recognized for his friendly service, professionalism, expertise and solid customer service. Thank you Tugwell.

After 20 years of service and several large hailstorms our roof was in need of replacement.

We went through the bid and re-bid process with three different local roofing companies. Ultimately we selected Tugwell Roofing and we are glad we did. Tugwell presented the best combination of pricing and quality products. However, it was the service we received that ultimately brought our business to Tugwell.

David Covington was our salesman, estimator and project manager. He took the time to explain the variations in products, styles, energy efficiency and installation techniques. Some of my questions were answered via email or text message well after business hours. Mr. Covington and Tugwell worked with us on pricing and changes to the scope of the work. As we went along we added, gutter screens, ridge venting and replaced skylights.

This was a large project consisting of a main house and two other buildings. Tugwell's crew had the entire project completed in just three days. The clean up at the end of each day and at the end of the project was thorough.

We would use Tugwell again and recommend them without reservation.
