Building Inspection & Permits

I love The Woodland Building Department, the whole team works at a pace that quick compared to other jurisdictions. The inspectors are kind and are very knowledgeable. I look forward to the projects I have in Woodland!

Wow. No time frame for an inspector besides 8-4. I love for my customers to have to sit at home all day not knowing when they will show up! This is worse than comcast. Do they expect contractors to just pay a guy a full days wage to sit on his phone and wait for someone to show up? I hope the head building official or even the mayor sees this and how behind the times this department is.

City of Woodland is a terrible place to do any business with the building department. I schedule inspection via leave a message on their recording and they don't schedule it. Stay away from doing any business here.

Absolutely the worst building department out there, I can’t believe there aloof work towards this city. This building department Needs new management ASAP!

The leadership at this place is horrible. The taxpayers deserve better services. 1/10 very disappointed and disturbed.
