Best Western Anderson Inn

I travel for work and stay at lots of hotels. For a Best Western this is a great option. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was standard Best Western breakfast but it was clean and well stocked. I like water with my breakfast, I would suggest they add some water bottles to the little fridge. Plenty of parking.

The ADA accommodations are amazing. The bed is super comfy, shower has a seat and also a shower chair. Rooms were very clean and smelled great. Parking lot was clean and had great night lighting.
The employees were great! Very helpful and had great attitudes. Breakfast has alot of options for those with dietary restrictions and room rates were some of the best in town.
If we ever travel again we will for sure be staying here.

There's an amazing Mexican restaurant next door, safeway across the street and a mini mart on the corner. Very good location.

The stay was awesome. I love the fact that the hotel was near by a Mexican meat market. But over all, breakfast was #1. Lol

In the area for work so we stayed a couple times. Staff was great. Breakfast was good too. Rooms were nice. Pool was closed. I had a mishap while trying to book a room on the website but it has been taken care of and truly appreciated. Also wanted to add that I was thankful they were pet friendly since we found an abandoned dog on the side of the road and brought him with us til we could get him to the local humane society. If we're ever back in the area we will be back.

I loved this hotel. Very clean. Best breakfast I’ve ever had offered from a hotel. The room was comfortable. I slept so good on the beds. I stayed here a couple months ago and still have to make it a point to write this review to recommend to others. The staff was knowledgeable and quick to help.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Hotel. The service was impeccable, and the room was comfortable and clean. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast they served – a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

We have been driving along the west coast for over a week, staying at similarly priced hotels, and this place has been the best experience. Kind helpful staff, clean spacious rooms. Everything in the room has been well maintained, fresh looking paint, The beds are comfortable (on the soft side for anyone who prefers harder beds- which is not me) looks like new floors.
There was an EV charger for our car which we were thrilled about.
The breakfast was exceptionally diverse. Multiple teas, hot cereal, cold cereal, waffles AND pancakes, omelettes , sausage, juice, coffee, and more.
We would 100% stay here again.

I don't know why this Inn doesn't have above 4-stars. I'm currently having a 5-star experience. The pool works and is clean, there is breakfast from 6am-9am (variety of choices makes for a great selection), the staff are very friendly, the rooms are nice and have good working AC units (some are pet friendly too), and it is conveniently located next to Safeway (has a gas station), fast food, and the Interstate 5. The manager is keeping this place in order. Thanks for the great stay man.

We checked in Tuesday (6/14/22) evening and the 2 young men working the desk were very nice and welcoming and engaging. They were a great pleasure and welcoming committee. The room was exactly what we needed and very clean. We ended up having to extend our stay and the front desk staff was helpful in accommodating us. Nice location and hotel. Would definitely recommend.

We are travelling for 5 months through the U.S. and in this was the BEST hotel experience we have had. The staff were so exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. Ladona on the front desk was so amazing. The room was very clean & well appointed. The pool was crystal clear with nice new lounge chairs. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast ever - good, fresh eggs with salsa and cheese, almond milk for the cereal, fresh coffee, waffles, fruit, etc. Can't recommend enough!

The staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful from the front desk to the housekeepers. Right from the start I was greeted with a personal handwritten message welcoming me to my room, Thanks Sharon!
The room was extremely roomy, decorative and clean. The grounds where kept very orderly. The environment and area was quiet and safe which is a bonus for people traveling with their stuff in their cars.

Looked for a hotel in the Anderson /Redding area and picked this one. Glad we did! Great value for the money. Room was clean with a nice TV big. Awesome breakfast, with lots of hot and cold options. Convenient location. Definitely would stay again.

Close to I5 freeway with safe, quiet rooms. Hotel staff was very helpful with room accommodations and suggestions with local interests, shops, parks, grocery etc.
Their breakfast area was clean, spacious and pleasant for guests, with an extended offering of choices.
This location was picked for ease of getting from point a to b on a long road trip and was the perfect place to stop. The staff made us feel right at home!

This was a perfect spot for the night. Very spacious room and 2 queen beds. Night time assistant was very kind.. Safeway is near by, for me that is a convenience… Thank You BW..

Super friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean. I only stayed one night but it was very pleasant. There was a nice handwritten note from Melissa telling me to enjoy my stay, which was very nice. Great location right off I5 with many gas stations, restaurants, and stores nearby. Can’t think of a single complaint!

I got to say, by far one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in in a long time. I think it was just remodeled and super clean. Checked in late but super friendly night clerk who was very informational.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

We were caught in a snow storm and I5 Northbound was closed. We called Best Western in Anderson, Ca and was allowed to check in at 11:00 am!
We were treated like royalty.
I highly recommend this Best Western to any traveler.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, they look newly updated. The staff and owner were cheerful and very helpful. The pool was sparkling and very appreciated on a hot summer day. It was a pleasant respite for this road weary traveler.

Excellent experience!!! Room was top notch clean!! Could not hear people in rooms that shared walls. Great place to rest for the night. Safeway, across the street. Mexican Food restaurant, just about, right next door to office. Cesar's Pizza & donut shop, across the parking lot.

Came to visit Redding and Lassen Volcanic NP for the long weekend with my daughter.

Male Front desk person checked us in less than 5 minutes with a warm welcoming smile. Asked us if we needed anything and offered us towels for the pool. Since I booked another separate another extra day, he automatically check me in at the same room, since I forgot about it.

Room was clean and neat. We were welcomed by a note from housekeeper Emily to enjoy our stay. That was a nice gesture of being welcomed and care after a long 10 hour drive.

Room was kept clean daily and supplies were kept.
Very Pleased with the staff overall for ease of checking in and check out.
