CoCo Mongolian Grill & Sushi

Love this place! Our server was amazing, and so on top of making sure we had everything we wanted/needed. I also have an allergy, and they were able to accommodate my needs easily so I could safely enjoy my experience/meal. I highly recommend this restaurant, I even had a few laughs with our server. It was one of the best experiences I've had.

I am in town doing some training and decided that I wanted sushi and going this place has an amazing menu for sushi and their Mongolian is wonderful.

This place was amazing and most of all it was clean. Everyone got gloves before going to the buffet area. Selection and suggestions from staff were amazing. I had a dinner take out and this is everything you get with it!

This is our new go to place for sushi and sashimi. The prices and portions are the best we have found in Redding so far. For what I usually pay for a roll I got the aloha roll, sashimi and soup. The husband got soft shell crab and sashimi. They have a good beer and wine selection. A regular size glass of chard was $7. My husband's enormous size beer was $8.50. My Aloha roll combo with a four piece sashimi and soup was $21. The fried soft shell crab was $10. The husbands sashimi plate was $19. The Mongolian bbq looked wonderful but we were in a sushi mood. Roxy our server was sweet and efficient even though it was busy.

The food here is really good! I was surprised with the experience of enjoying lunch here. We built our own bowls and I ordered a sushi roll. They have their own spin on sushi rolls and do not make some standard rolls, but they are still tasty.
(Example: not spider roll, but black eel spider roll)
I did thoroughly enjoy the food and my company, and the host was very patient with me. It was not busy on a Thursday afternoon.
Atmosphere is alright, could use some updates. It was clean and the floor plan is well thought out.
I will be back for sure!

This place is hands down one of the best restaurants in town. Also one of the best Mongolian bbq restaurant I’ve had. I recommend coming in person and customizing a meal to your preferences.The host and all staff for that matter are very friendly, fast, and professional. The restaurant was very clean even the kitchen, I’m a chef I’ve been in the industry, all the deep cleans we’re slick and span. The food was delicious. All the ingredients fresh. I got the custom dinner with added shrimp and fried rice 😋🥰

Went for sushi and sake and was not disappointed. Excellent service and value, delicious sushi! Mongolian stir fry looked good too.

Great place to have a lunch or dinner. We stopped by on the way to SF and had a great meal. Bowls are cool and sushi are good.

Waitress was wonderful!! First time me and my friends went and was NOT disappointed. Mongolian and sushi was great! We left full and satisfied. All the employees we saw had a smile on their face like they truly enjoyed their job and were friendly.

This is another great location for vegetarians who enjoy fresh farm-based vegetables and delicious rice as well they have a great and friendly staff You will enjoy this experience to my followers or people that read this and that is new to my social media Please post pictures the dining experience is wonderful You will enjoy this great food ❤

I cannot stress how good this place is. One day I was in Redding and just looking for good sushi. I googled this place and was skeptical. I must say they knocked it out of the park with their wide variety of foods and sushi rolls. They get a bit crowded from time to time but the management and owners make sure you are well taken care of. Sometimes we drive all the way from Chico to Redding just to go here because its a great value as well.

Great service very nice people and place. Sushi was awesome the kids said. I had the stir fry bbq. Will definitely go back there. The location is also a plus.

This was a quality experience. The sushi was great and beautifully presented. I also had the BBQ bowl and was very pleased. Who can go wrong with a build your own meal. I was educated on a very great tasting Sake (Snow) to top off my meal. Thank you CoCo for a great meal!

They're always so nice. It never takes long to get your bowl to the grill, and have the chef work his/her magic.

The food was great and the restaurant was incredibly clean and well kept up. Besides that our waiter was over the top helpful and clear with instructions on how it all works there. He advised us how to do the sauces as well. This was our first time there but we will definitely be back. Even the customers today were friendly and helpful. Such a great experience today. 🤩

Best Mongolian BBQ in Shasta co. If you don't like your lunch/dinner you are the only one to blame. You add the ingredients and they cook it. Awesome every time. Sushi rolls are an great addition to your meal, or they can be a meal by themselves.
