Allstate has been there when I needed them most. Recent house flood, and then car accident!! They made it so easy to file a claim, which relieved so much stress. They send updates all along the way.

They are the only insurance company I've used ever that actually does their job without having to call and remind them about things and when I do call to have changes made or to add home policy or another vehicle they always have a low price. They explain everything involved and they deal with the car lenders and the home lenders for you in terms of insurance. Every experience I've had with this branch in Anderson California has been nothing but fantastic. I highly suggest you use them as an insurance company and I don't even live in Anderson.
