3 Margaritas Southlands

My husband and I discovered this place three weeks ago, and we’ve been back once each week so far. The food is delicious and always tastes fresh- the chips never feel like they’ve been sitting on a counter for hours, even during non-peak hours. We’ve had a different waiter/waitress each time we’ve been here, and they have all been fantastic. Safe to say, we have found our new favorite Mexican restaurant!

PS- try the chalupa and the coco margarita! Both are to die for.

I always love coming here. Ordering the food carrier service doesn't do it justice. The staff is great and the food is delicious. I changed things up with the meal and ordered a mocajete. That thing is soooooooo good. I wrecked my diet when i saw it on my table. My wife wanted it but it was too spicy for her. The waitress told us that they would customize it the next time we came, for her.

Like I said, great customer service.

Haven't been to a 3 Margaritas in years. Brought the family in for dinner and will definitely be coming back again. The food was very good. Joel, our server was amazing. Can't wait to come back again.

Big portions, really tasty, great salsa that has a kick to it, and excellent customer service. I love this place.

Stopped in to kill an hour and had a great meal with good drinks. The place was much bigger than expected and has a large sports bar area and separately a nice dining room. Would like to come back with a large group.

Great, more authentic, Mexican food. Service continues to be excellent. They went way above and beyond. Fun atmosphere!

Service is always great. Food is always good. Would recommend the Cadillac Margarita to start, any of the enchiladas plates.

Nothing like a yummy horchata on a hot summer day. Lunch was fresh and came out hot. Ivory was really nice and helpful. We sat at a table that had a view of SouthShore.

Yo this place is always jumping and always has great and authentic tasting food. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. They give you so much food......... and I love it because after every bite you say to yourself, I wish I had more and more and more. And if Hector is there you are in for an even more awesome experience. Hector ramps it up to another level. He truly is the man.

An all around great dining experience from being greeted at the door by excellent staff, to delicious food at reasonable prices, I highly recommend it

I would consider their food to be the better ones of other Mexican restaurant. They are delicious for most of the items on the menu. The price is reasonable comparing with the amount of portions that you get.

The service is good, it sometimes depending on who you get serving you. But they are all polite.

The atmosphere is good.

Plenty of options for items off the menu, fried fish was good, although it was cut up weird, was kind of wondering where the rest or the fish was.. but good size portions, always fills me up and is delicious.

I used to go to the 3 Margaritas in Monument, CO. It was always so good, so when they opened up a 3 Margaritas in Southlands, I knew I would want to try it. The 2 times I have been there, the staff has been friendly, the establishment has been clean and inviting, and the food has been delicious! I would definitely recommend it!

You guys are awesome!! I am sad though. We came from AZ three years ago and you’re the closest to home we can get as far as Mexican food!! 🤤 However, today our order did t receive everything… I had asked for extra peppers and didn’t get them. The food is still amazing, the extra peppers would have made it superb!! 🌶

I have eaten at a few 3M locations and wasn’t impressed, then I decided to give this location a try and I’m glad I did.

I only have one issue, and that’s the small amount of beef included in our meals. I would give 4.5 stars, but since everything else is great I gave 5 stars instead of 4.

It’s been hard for me to find Mexican food I enjoy since I moved here from Georgia more than a decade ago. The restaurants in Georgia use a lot of white cheese and goat cheese, and when I moved here everything was mostly TexMex or made with cheese that looked like Velveeta and had zero taste. I’m so happy to find a restaurant that’s closer to what I’m used to and has more flavor than 75% of the restaurants I’ve tried.

Great friendly restaurant every time we’ve been there. Waitress and manager checked multiple times if we liked our food and if we needed anything. Good food!
