Berry Tippen can you tell me why your office & RPD is ignoring the fact that my kids reported to your office & rpd that they were being drugged to sleep and your officer told me and I quote "kids don't like taking pills" Can you tell me why officer Mills has ignored court subpoena x2 on this matter? Can you tell me why your office, Mr. Mills and the city is not cooperating with a Judge's order? A judge, attorney and other court officials have tried multiple times to contact you and your office to resolve this matter but you and the city of Redding continue to ignore everyone.
