Rapid River Mobile Home Park

My son and his husband live there..in my opinion the space rent is way too much.. considering it's a home that has been there over 30years and they still have to pay for their own utilities and they get no wi-fi

I have lived here since 8-3-2011 great neighbors the bad are gone, as well as property management by the record search light and we have great management.

Not fancy, but not run down or tweaker infested.

Great neighbors who look after each other.

I know a few families that live in all of the trailer parks on this road and just the other day we were talking about the pros and cons of living in this park. One of the subjects that came up was the lack of things for the kids to do here. For instance with all the parks on this road not 1 of them has a childrens playground. Its not as if the space isn't available. Right at the front of this park behind the sign, next to the managers office there is a space that would be perfect for a park. The space has been empty as far back as I can remember. I think if they built a small park for the neighborhood kids it would give alot of them something to do, and more importantly stay a kid a little longer. The down side of park living is you have no real space for a kid to play. And thats just a bummer. If I owned that park I would try to built one for my tenets. It would make it a better place to live. Thats my biggest complaint about it. Most of the neighbors are nice. Just make sure you lock your car at night.

It's cool place except the manager of the park is rude when I asked about renting from them she was saying how she has been trying to get people evicted %thats not good customer service!at all Strait unprofessional to say the least !!!!!!

Not the best part of town, no security, overpriced.

Just drove through, but real nice.
