I had a not so pleasant service at Alice’s. The food was great but the wait staff that helped me was not great at all. Not even good. Not even mediocre… The waitress didn’t ask how my food was, how everything was, or if I needed a refill. She asked all the other tables but me and even when I did get her attention she took 10-15 mins just to get back to me. Jeremiah the supervisor was the best! Listened to me and was very sympathetic. He ran to find me to apologize. I will return because of Jeremiah. You’re the man! I don’t ever do reviews but he took care of me and I will do the same for him. Much appreciated, brotha!

The food offered at Alice's Restaurant is always really good. They have specials offered everyday. Today I was able to catch Pasta Night and I wasn't disappointed. I had Spaghetti n meatballs, a salad and really good garlic bread that was crusted with cheese and grilled. 🤌 The chefs here know how to make good pasta, not soft and moosh, but perfect for me.

Also want to shoutout our waitress Nicole, hands down theee best customer service ever! Super friendly, helped with recommendations which did not disappoint, and most importantly she anticipates all your needs before you have to ask. This girl deserves recognition for her hard work and amazing personality.

I went to this restaurant before but today I looked through their menu and I decided between fish and chips or the salmon bowl and I chose the bowl and let me say it's really delicious. It's cooked to perfection the people there are nice the food is Authentic and the service woke food could use some more people but otherwise I liked it.

This place has the best sushi! I was very impressed. The quality of the sashimi is top notch. Great service and nice place to be.

Prime Rib special was cooked to perfection 😀 The tempura mushrooms were a perfect appetizer. We brought our local friends who eat out often and they were impressed. And the service, led by Mia, our server, was top notch!

I am loving the new powers creek brewery and Alices to go menu. Tonight we ordered the blt on flat bread and it was delicious. I also ordered a side salad thinking it’d be nothing special but they added lemon cucumbers, beets, carrots, etc. The quality will not disappoint

Everything was perfect! Especially enjoyed the cheesecake with peach sauce.

Good food and service

I got the soup and salad and when I say that salad was well sauced and tasted great. The soup was nice and hot and tasted great. The Prime Rib wasn’t on the menu but is listed as something they are known for so I decided to go with that. It was such an awesome meal and I never ordered Prime Rib anywhere before so didn’t know what to expect.

We got a Cobb salad and burger. Both were delicious and large enough to be filling

Service was good, prices were low for the quality of food

The staff was nice.
I ordered the ribeye, it was such a thin cut and way over-cooked...the fries were good.
Its not that bad, but I don't think I'll eat there again.

Overall friendly staff. Lack of some service skills like bringing our wine, uncorked the bottle then didn’t pour. Food was not hot. My steak was medium+ when I had ordered it rare. Sent it back and received what I had ordered, but it was still disappointing. Our surf from the surf and turf was frozen prawns. The steak quality was subpar. I’m not sure what the seasoning was, but I’ve definitely had better. First round of veggies were overcooked, second round was better.

Couple of suggestions for the staff. Learn what is appropriate to go with the meal. Au jus is not served with ribeye. Offer tartar or cocktail when serving prawns. Don’t scream across the restaurant at each other. Turn off the personal music in the next section of the restaurant, it was so loud and competed with all the other noise. Don’t drag tables and chairs across the floor while people are still seated and eating. Check in on patrons when their server is on break. Tell the guy vaping while waiting for his togo order to not.

It’s always a hit or miss and this was a miss.
