Big SHOUT OUT for William, Henry (Hank). and Chris... HTS drivers, for giving me a short hop lifts this week/ end. Next month I'll spring for the $10.00 extra on my monthly Bus pass. Getting up and down 4th and 5th is near impossible without it, and I thought my ETS pass covered it. Whoops!

Great rides! Drivers & office staff are fantastic! Very ADA friendly! Although, thr costs to ride public transit here are way above the norm (heck it costs more to ride a bus here, than San Francisco or (God forbid!) New York City! They really need some help with their funding!!! A Kickstart program is defintely required! Maybe, Mr. Musk or Mr. Gates could step in & contribute??? LOL

Purchased a Token Transit monthly pass on my phone but my phone broke only two days later. The lady at the desk was very understanding and got me a new pass printed very quickly and all I had to do was show the bank statement proving I paid for the pass. Friendly, polite, great customer service!
