Sacramento River R.V. Park

A mix of temporary and long term Campers, some retirees, and some families with children. Good communication from management if water or electric service would be interrupted for upgrades or repairs. Some noise from the sawmill across the river and I-5. Laundry room available. Didn't use other amenities: pool, shower rooms, clubhouse. Would stay again. Convenient to Redding and Anderson.

The staff at this park are amazing. They keep the park clean and maintained so you can enjoy your campsite. They have a dog park and clean bathroom/showers. Huge playground for kids and a swimming pool. I enjoyed talking walks out in the back area with trees and riverside views.

Love this location. I have driven past it many times over the years. Recently stayed there on an overnight trip with my family and was invited to the RV parks Easter activities. We had a blast. The new manager seems really nice and it looks like the grounds are being kept up in better shape than they were in the past. The kids had a blast hunting for Easter eggs and then we all went to the community building and painted rocks and played with the new manager (Ruth) bunnies. Is she informed me that they are planning to do more activities. Looking forward to staying there on future trips. Maybe I will plan my next trip around some of the fun activities planned this summer. I think she mentioned something about a Sacramento River float.

The customer service of this place is exceptionally good! I was stranded on the river last week with motor issues and came across a boat ramp on their property. I went to the office and they were closing. Although the employee was leaving for the day, she spent 45 minutes of her own time allowing my friend to access the ramp through the locked gate and get our boat out of the water. We were extremely thankful and would highly recommend this park to anyone who enjoys high standards in customer service!

Can't imagine why anyone would have anything to complain about with this wonderful park. Clean and quiet (except for the freeway nearby) Just stayed two nights. Never encountered any staff as we checked in after office hours. Would absolutely stay here again.

Definitely my favorite RV park I’ve been to and I’d say the best in Redding. It has plenty to do. Gym, playground, basketball court, laundromat, pool, clubhouse and a dog park. Everything is kept immaculate. The manager Ruthie is amazing. Always helpful and easy to get ahold of. And super friendly to my kids. She goes out of her way to plan fun events for the kids around the park (like an Easter egg hunt and fun activities after). She’s definitely kid friendly and always answers any questions promptly. All employees including the cleaning and maintenance employees are super friendly as well. I’m glad I found this park and highly recommend it to anyone passing through or even looking for long term.

We rented our spot for a month. We really enjoyed our time here. The park is really well maintained and it has good amenities. Ruthie was very kind and helpful. We would stay here again.

Extremely clean and friendly environment! Nice clean pool that is 8 feet deep! Clean and usable restrooms near pool. Friendly staff! We really enjoyed our ten day visit which most was spent around the pool. I highly recommend this place. Prices seem to be good. However they do have alot of people that live on site also. Some folks don't mind it and some might. So fair warning lol.

We loved our time at this rv park. All of the staff is so helpful and friendly. It truley felt like home. The amenities were great. Our little ones loved the playground and we used the recreation room several times to have a change of scenery.

Great place. Clean bathrooms, near the river. Green, lots of trees and very spacious sites. They are pretty chill, but do not put up with shenanigans. Also best part, no aggressive breed dogs, so don't even try it. Everyone knows your pit mauler isn't a service dog! Love this place!

Booked this place with 5 other trailers for a birthday weekend. They office was so kind to work with us and make sure that we were able to be next to eachother and close to the pool area. Very clean! and Awesome staff! Will definately be back in the future for another stay.

I grew up in Redding at one point this RV Park was in bad shape! Just got home Monday Oct. of 22, boy who ever owns this park now has cleaned it up!!! The place looks great! We loved our stay and this is the park I will now always stay at now

I have been wanting to post for a long time and say thank you to management, maintenance workers and all others who work at Sacramento R.V. Park. The staff shows TEAMWORK! and have always assisted me with my issues in RV. Living. During this pandemic period we all have to worked together, be patient, Understanding and supportive. I too am speaking to myself, it is nice to let the staff know how much we appreciate them. Thank-you! Staff Lupe

Had a great time at the park. Staff was friendly and helpful as well as most of the people in the park. Facilities are clean and our spot was awesome for the price. Looks like they have done a lot of cleaning up and the park is looking good. Great place to stay.

Hands down the best RV park we have been to. We love it here. Super clean, family friendly. Very safe. Management is amazing. They work so hard to keep this RV park in perfect condition.

This is a nice quiet safe Park management is very respectful and nice maintenance manager always willing to help. They just redid our pool and it looks superb. Would recommend people stay here.

I've been here 10 years. It only gets better. Love the management. Great managers. Takes care of all issues professionally and legally. Consider the source of those who give a negative review. They are wrong

My daughter wanted to take my RV for her 1st anniversary camp trip. Riverside kindly let me hook my RV up and teach her and my son in law the ropes of RVing Amazing people and service. I can’t thank them enough

Wonderful park in a great location with the best staff! We had a great stay at the Sac River rv park! Christine was super friendly and made sure we were always taken care of! The maintenance guys were all awesome and kept our spot looking wonderful! Looking forward to our next stay at this park!
