Courtesy Cleaners does an excellent job with anything that we bring to them. The owners, Gabe and Sunni, are always there, are very friendly, and are very professional. The prices are also great. Other dry cleaners in the area charge a great deal more for the same quality of dry cleaning and they don't offer the personal touch that Courtesy Cleaners does. I got out of work late, and dropped off my laundry late. He went above and beyond to get my suits and shirts done and pressed a day early before I had to leave for my trip for New York. Excellent service. I will definitely be coming back.

They absolutely DESTROYED my Badgley Mischka dress (bought for over $500) and cannot be repaired. Charged me $30 to clean it. No apology and claimed I brought it in that way. NEVER returning here

They lost my suit. I understand things happen, but take responsibility for it and pay me back for my loss. Wouldn’t go back.

I took one of my favorite sweaters to Courtesy that they had dry cleaned before. When I got home and took it off the hanger I discovered that it had three large snags on the front and back. I took it back wanting to discuss what had happened and to work something out, whether it was a credit or an "I'm sorry." Unfortunately, the male owner proceeded to tell me that they were there previously and I hadn't noticed them (funny, because the snags were at least an inch in length I some how missed them, even though my vision is 20/20); that it was also due to the blue color of the sweater; and on, and, on and how he owned $5000 suits that had never been snagged and it was impossible that an employee's ring could have snagged it. He didn't even bother to look at the back of the sweater.

But alas, he never admitted to any wrong doing, or for his staff (they're perfect, too) even though there was no snags when I brought the sweater in.

Beware! Do not take any precious items there..."they do no wrong!" Thank god cleaners are a dime a dozen. Hey Guy. Thanks for ruining my sweater.

$65 for one blazer no stains to be dry cleaned?!! I may as well buy a new one. I walked out after being quoted so high. Customer service was not friendly, poor experience.
