Open Door Rx

I love Open Door RX. They are always efficient, fast and friendly. They take insurance and some of the programs that help with medication prices. Open Door services everywhere are so responsive to the community.

This pharmacy is by far the best I have ever used. The staff is helpful, friendly, and have gone out of their way to get me my prescriptions quickly. I wish all pharmacies were this well run.

Best customer service of any pharmacy I have used in Humboldt! Very caring, responsive, and on top of any possible issues with insurances. So grateful for everything they have helped me with.

Management, very nice there. If there is a discrepancy management will call and clear up everything. Love the delivery Service, young lady always pleasant 😀

I had to wait awhile for service since they're very busy, but the prices are pretty good.

Can’t do anything right. Never call me when they have an issue. Had an issue with their Veritas system and blamed me and my insurance for their inability to correctly input the relevant information. Don’t know how to bill correctly and trying to charge me for things covered by my insurance. They have a high rate of turnover and are seemingly always understaffed due to extremely poor management. I really wanted this to work because it would be great to have an alternative to big brand names like Walgreens but they just can’t do it.
