They called back right away and it was clear that they wanted to work with us. Even better, their timeline wasn't a year out. Their estimate also offered a few options that we had not considered. My soon to be 85 year old mother called this company on her own due to a leak around her gas stove ceiling pipe. The exceptional young man from Sunrise Roofing went up on the roof pulled up some tiles and cleaned built-up debris and also roof cemented an area of concern. Charged my mother nothing! I live 3000 miles away and am so grateful.

We sent an email at 7pm on a Monday evening inquiring about a roof replacement that was done prior to our purchase of the home. This was after we found a leak around our chimney during a heavy storm. Robby showed up at our house at 8am the next morning to inspect the problem. Even though that area was not something he had been contracted to replace/repair with the roof instillation, he patched it for us to slow the leak until we can have it repaired by a mason.

I requested estimates from about 7 roofing companies here in Redding California. I chose Sunrise Roofing because of two reasons. I liked the way the owner, Rob, presented both himself and his company. And most importantly I liked the fact that Rob doesn't just come out and bid on a job, then send a crew out to do the work unsupervised. He was present and working on my roof from start to finish, side by side with his crew. That denotes pride in workmanship. That is an old fashioned quality, and this young man has it in abundance. Everyday after work both he and his crew performed a thorough clean up of my property and driveway prior to going home for the day. When the job was completed, I spent a lot of time just standing by the sidewalk admiring my new roof. It just turned out so beautiful and perfect. I would definitely recommend this company if you need a new roof.

Had a new roof put on my two story house. Great roofing job but drain pipes for roof ac/heat unit were cut and never repaired. Also left misc roofing items/debris on roof.

Waking your neighbors 4 days in a row with the sound of heavy roofing at 5:45am is NOT nice. I approached the workers at 5:52 asking what time they were allowed to start work and the jabroni shrugged and said "boss told us to work before the sun comes up ". To which I told him "my boss told me to get a good night sleep. So is your boss more important than my boss? " worker wouldn't even face me, and continued working. And now my babies are awake. Thanks for making my day harder sunrise roofing. RUDE.

They would not drive 45 minutes out of Redding to even give me an estimate on my roof. Good luck if you do not live in Redding proper.
