JGW RV Park

This park is just off of I-5, and it is just wonderful. You can walk down to the water and take beautiful walks in the nature! It has a pool that is maintained and nice people. The spaces are well maintained with gravel spots and concrete slabs, they have pull throughs for the long rigs with pull behinds. This park is one of the best places I have found traveling up north! If you need a lay over or just a stay for a few weeks this is your place! I am military and they gave us a great deal! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did with our bulldog!

I read the reviews for this place and was a little confused because there were comments on the location being sketchy. Please don't pay attention to those comments! What a beautiful place to stay! This place is wonderful! Cable channels, strong wifi, friendly staff. Huge private spaces, spotless, quiet! We had a place on the water and it was stunning! Tons of lawn space with picnic tables to enjoy along the water! What a great spot to stay. We will definitely return!

Nice RV park pool. Bathrooms are very clean. Rates are $60 a night or up depending if you want a river site. Easy to find. It is right off of I-5 north of Anderson

This is the nicest park I have ever stayed in I got a spot on the river. It is clean and quiet and the staff are great. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area

As usual, they marked our spot, and had our packet on the door(we always arrive after hours).

They are right on the river with a beautiful river front common area.They're have refreshed the park everything looked well kept. No noise or fuss, a great place to stay,

Beautiful Rv park on the Sacramento River. Geese fly over head. Nice scenic pull throughs with riverfront views.

RV park was very clean, restrooms very well kept up, wifi wasn't that great. The lady in the office was very pleasant and polite. I'd recommend this park to others.

What a beautiful place. Peaceful, quiet, spacious, shade trees, clean... the list goes on. Courteous neighbors (far away neighbors as lots are huge) and well maintained. Communication and booking was simple, smooth, and without delay. Much appreciated!! So thankful we found this spot. Will return as often as we can. This was the most restful sleep we've had while on the road.

We only spent one night as we are traveling . Staff was very helpful and polite. The campground is very clean. Sites are very level . Wish we could have stayed longer

JGW is the best. Very roomy sites and great staff.

I would like to give a shout-out to the owners/managers of the park. We were staying 1 nite only. After sitting on the park swing watching the river flow by, we decided to go fly fishing. Got on the phone and boom booked a trip with local guide. AC FLY FISHING. Guy Pacherwas AMAZING.
We did inconvenience JGW RV Park and they had to scramble to extend our stay... Memorial Weekend. They were gracious and made it all work.
Thanks a bunch we made lasting memories at your beautiful spacious campground. Loved it!

We were evacuated due to fire and needed a place to say for at least a month right before the 4th of July holiday. The owner and staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The park is beautiful and well maintained, we are so happy all the others were full so we found this hidden gem. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone we can!

Wonderful ! The front lady has been very helpful and friendly. We even asked for a extra night and they help us out. It’s a very quiet camp ground and clean. It looks like it could be good for groups but I would ask. Lots of room between rigs. Lots of shade for hot days. Cute little pool on site. Really nice dog park. Happy camper will be back. Easy to find too.

One of our favorite spots traveling on the 5 through Redding. Reasonable prices. Pay an extra $5 for a site by the Sacramento River! Clean!

We love this RV park and often stop as we travel through. It's on the river, pretty and spacious sites and staff is very friendly and bathrooms sparkle. Near freeway but don't hear it, especially if you request a site along the river.

JGW RV Park is hands down the most relaxing and luxurious place you will find traveling along the I-5 corridor. The owners have put so much effort into this RV park to make it the most beautiful and comfortable place to stay.. They have easy access RV sites and an abundance of places to set up a chair and have a picnic along the edge of the Sacramento River in a plush grassy park setting. You can relax, watch the wildlife and see the local fishing guides drift down the river. This place is definitely a 10 STAR destination.

We stayed here with our 7 children and loved it! Clean bathrooms and showers, friendly staff and great pull through slots. There are 2 fire rings, BBQs, horseshoe games, fenced dog run, pool, and beautiful grass area along the Sacramento river. We were able to show up with no reservations and get a spot. The space fee was decent and then there was a $4 per person charge for everyone over 4yo. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location on the river. Very convenient to I-5. Clean and wooded. We were passing through and only stayed one night. We would stay again.

Loved staying at JGW. Beautiful, clean and very nice people. We had a site that backed up to the Sacramento river and it was gorgeous. We fished, didn't catch anything but it was relaxing and peaceful, just what we needed. Think we will make this an annual trip.

It was very quite and the camp walkers all said hello as they past. Just enough room at the site and a short walk to the river.
