I was attempting to order for a Halloween party but unfortunately I misread the day of my event and would not receive the costume in time, at no fault to The Costume Box since I was ordering from the US. As heart broken as I was, I would not be able to wear the adorable costume I ordered, Kim helped me cancel my order and send me a refund. She was extremely kind and helpful and even attempted to get the customer to me sooner. I really appreciate all her help and understanding. It is nice to find a business that not only offers quality items but provides extremely efficient and kind customer service! I will be back, and this time make sure I plan according! Thank you again Kim!

The ladies at the costume box are awesome. They have a wide variety of costumes for the whole family plus plenty of accessories from shoes to wigs makeup whatever you need and they have outfits for purchase as well and the stock is always changing. Prices are very reasonable. For those on a budget and wish to buy the prices are extremely reasonable. Sizes cover the full range including a nice selection of plus sizes for women and men. With Halloween fast approaching get your costume ideas fleshed out and reserve now. Denise and her mom are amazing.

The ladies working here went above and beyond to help my daughter and I find what we needed for a Renaissance fair we are going to. They were very helpful and even looked up other places we could go to try and find something for the rest of the family and wrote it down for us. I definitely recommend them.

I have seen many a shy costumer light up within 10 seconds of arriving. Denise has the magic touch, she knows her stuff inside and out, and helps the customer's voice come out.

Denise and Rosemary will make you look amazing! They are so fun and easy to work with. Denise turned me into Steampunk vampire in about 15 minutes. Loved it!

Excellent customer service from selecting the 'right' costume, to fitting, to pick up with all the extras added to make it even more authentic. I hope I have an occasion to use her services again. Fun!

They have really cute costumes and the ladies are a blast. Unfortunately, the dance shoes my friend purchased broke with hours of wearing them for the first time. 😕

Very helpful, nice costumes, a great find in Eureka - I went there on the 30th of October with no idea of what to dress up as. They were supportive and kind, as well as helpful. Prices were a wee bit high, but we had fun in them so budget about $40 + deposit and you will be set. Overall, I recommend!

They can provide just about any costume you can think of 😊. Easiest to call ahead and get info, then go get it. There's so much you'd be looking a long time, and they're very helpful. Good luck! 👍
