There’s some iffy reviews on here but I found everything on par for a chipotle. Everything was well made.

From the moment I walked into Chipotle, I was greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued, answering questions with a smile and offering recommendations with enthusiasm.

I go here often. The food is excellent, always very tasty & well prepared. The portions are large & filling. The staff is friendly, quick & keep the place clean & sanitary. Always a pleasurable experience for one or a family, kids portions on request. Dine in or take out. Handicapped parking, wherlchair access. One of my favorite places for a quick & very tasty mexican style meal. I highly recommend this store.

I've been to many Chipotle locations all over the state and this is the standard Chipotle operation. Clean, quick and rarely crowded. But it's one of the few eateries that is open later than others so sometimes they run out of food (steak or chicken) in the evening.

Staff is always so friendly and patient. Usually very clean inside and my order has always been correct whether ordering delivery, pick-up, or in person. One of the better locations I've been to.

Really great team here tonight on Sunday at 7pm. Helpful, efficient, and the food extra fresh and yummy. Wish I could tip with my credit card because they deserve it.

Delicious food, have never eaten @ a Chipotles before. I'm pleasantly surprised! Large portions, the guacomole was really fresh, the drive through was quick/easy. Will eat there again!!

Staff was friendly and quick. They made big burritos, like Chipotle “used to” be known for. (Recently the last 2 times I went to other locations, the burritos came out about 1/2 this size.) I eat mostly vegan, so love coming here, where it is so easy to get a healthy meal without meat. Very cool to know they also give a good military discount. Thank you!

Great food, the best staff around.

Great restaurant experience and they offer a drive through as well. Personally I like to see my bowl made but it’s a good option to have. Especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area.

Now let's get to the heart of the issue. This Chipotle employs the greatest food service employee known to man. He used to manage the subway on Myrtle. Give him a raise, a promotion, put him in district management. He makes the food perfectly. He is attentive when other employees (even management) are busy. He doesn't let people wait in line without a greeting. Did I mention he's charismatic? Funny and very polite. I literally come to Chipotle because my wife told me "the subway guy works there now" and as long as I live I will sing his praises.

I went to this location on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in the evening, and I had a great experience! The employees we super nice, and even though I had a big order, they helped me through every request. They paid attention to detail, and stayed connected the whole time. I appreciated the Christian music and cleanliness of the restaurant!

Best Chipotle I’ve ever been to! The staff was incredibly friendly and made our day. The food was made to perfection!

Also, when I went to get directions, it showed El Chipotle in Arcata.
It should be a priority to have place cleaned up, floors and bathrooms.

Was able to go inside, order the burrito I wanted and it was rolled up a little funky, but they didn't mess anything up. Very tasty and the staff were super nice. Little confused about all the people freaking out about 4 hour waits and rude staff because that certainly wasn't my experience. Will definitely go back.

Food is fresh and fast! Staff are kind and seem just as excited for me getting a nice burrito🌯 Store is clean and has great lemonade. Indoor and outdoor dining, drive thru, and I believe curbside.
