Great help the first time by I think “Tony”…not sure, but super helpful. Came back for another stay and had the same great service from Byron. Somebody is doing a nice job training people here. Just like the first person, Byron was super helpful and easy to talk to. Clean, quick place to stay that has obviously been remodeled lately. I will be back when in town. Thank you !

It doesn’t look like much when you drive up but inside the room has been renovated and it nice and clean. Everything worked. We stayed 1 night and would recommend.

Nice folks behind the counter. Got in around midnight and they were all ready for us only took a minute or two to get checked in. Definitely will stay here again if I’m in town, great price, service, and room. Thanks!

This motel had the cleanest, nicest room for the best price that we stayed in on our whole tour of the northwest. Friendly service, too. Real milk in the lobby with the coffee would be the only thing to make it better.

Just a great room. Nice and quiet. TV channels limited, but I was told they would soon change providers. I was very happy with my 3 night stay.

This Red Roof Inn was much better than expected. Check in was a breeze and the cost affordable. My room was surprisingly comfy, spacious, and recently remodeled with new flooring, new TV, a new air conditioner and a fantastic new walk-in shower. The pool area is very nice too. One recommendation is the parking area asphalt could use a thin tar sealant top coat. Otherwise, everything is clean, recently painted and smells fresh. The owner, his family and hotel staff are friendly, professional and run a very nice establishment. I'll stay here again when I'm next in the area.

This motel was quiet, clean and tidy. Housekeeping does a great job! Updated bathroom. I felt very comfortable here. I will definitely return to stay here next time I am in Redding.

Denise in the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of her way to assist us during our stay. Thanks to her help in getting us the last available room on short notice, We were able to rest well after a long day on the road.

I stayed at this excellent hotel for 4 days and had an incredible experience. Initially, I was a bit skeptical due to some past reviews, but my concerns were completely dispelled. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms have been modernized and are very comfortable. The price is very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Despite being located in an area with a homeless population, I felt secure leaving my car there as they have security cameras in place. The room was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. I hope they continue to maintain this excellent level of service, never letting their guard down, and always striving to offer the best. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very Beautiful motel, the rooms are extremely nice and very clean. The price was a wonderful surprise. I'd stay there anytime I can. Restaurant next door and Safeway store right across the street. Very good location.

This is one of the nicest inns I've had the pleasure of resting at in my life, especially in the US. The room was so clean and comfortable. Almost too comfortable! We had to leave early in the morning to drive to Canada and we didn't want to get up!

The folks at the front desk were dealing with an awful and belligerent person when I showed up to check in who was complaining about the deposit fee and threatening their jobs/to post a bad review. I could not believe how calmly and respectful the staff were able to deal with her. Immediately I had a good opinion of the place knowing that someone so level-headed was running things. On top of all that, the staff were beyond courteous and welcoming to me.

For what I thought was a very basic roadside motel, I got all the comfort and ease I needed. Will absolutely be coming back here next time I'm in Redding.

My boyfriend our 9 month old and I stayed here this weekend while our daughter visited with my mom. The rooms are really nice and well kept. The only reason I'm giving a 4 Star on the room was I found hair on the floor near the restroom and the housekeeper (April) quickly cleaned it for me. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you for a safe place to stay.

Clean, quiet, and affordable. That's all we needed after a long drive through the canyon.

Basic room but super clean and a fair price. It's nothing special but a good deal for a clean place. The clerk was also very pleasant. We specifically came back here again on our road trip back. And no extra charge for our small dog, that was really great!

Easily exceeded my exceptions. Very good deal for the price. Room was clean, the bed was comfy and they do not charge extra for a dog. A grocery store (Safeway) conveniently located across the street. Stayed for 2 nights had zero issues.

There rooms where every clean. They where every nice people. I would book a nother at there hotel.

Room was very clean and smelled good. Nice bed with lots of pillows. Easy on and out parking. Quite very little noise even being close to a road. Pet friendly know pet fee wonderful bonus. Close to hospital for appt. Safeway across the street for snacks.

The manager was excellent - the third party I booked through messed up on their end and she went out of her way to rectify the situation to the extent that she could by communicating with them on my behalf and getting me the same rate directly through the hotel when they wouldn't cooperate. Additionally, I had budgeted for a much lower quality room and was so pleasantly surprised that for the same price, the room was as modern and comfortable as it was!

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars with the caveat that you understand what you are booking. It is a budget hotel in a somewhat questionable spot. Given that, the staff was absolutely amazing and as helpful as can be. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. It is also the closest to Mercy Hospital. Some construction was being done on the pool and etc but it was not a nuisance in any way.

The hotel is a good place to stay. We stayed in a renovated room and it is clean and comfortable. We had to clean some parts of the ground but maybe they haven’t completed renovated the room yet.
The front door locks, refrigerator works, air conditioner is cool, water is hot, iron works, and the light switches turn lights on.
It’s more than a 2-star hotel and it is reasonably priced.
