I waited home all day for my package that needed a signature and at the end of the day received a message that they were unable to deliver because business was closed. Confused, I called customer service saying this is not a business, her response was, “that’s what they do when their being lazy and didn’t want to walk it down your driveway for a signature, but you didn’t hear it from me”
I continued to ask what I could do to get my package today and she replied, “well, who knows if it will happen again, but if it does, you can call back after the weekend cause we’re closed tomorrow.” You guys can $ck my bawls. You’re the worst. I will be taking this higher than the local GLS store. Making people stay at home all day for a package and treating people like this is wrong!

Waited around all day for wine delivery. We have a closed gate to our property. We have dogs. Got a delayed notice . Nothing else. Previous time the driver came at 8 pm. Pouring rain. Driver made me walk all the way to the road to receive package which was wrappedin plastic no signature necessary. I told him just to leave it over the fence next time. He DID NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!! What happed to our previous driver???? He knew all of us on the road. Knew our delivery preferences. And most important he spoke English!!!! If you are cutting corners to save on cost it’s not worth my time or aggravation

Waiting around on the date it was out for delivery then I get a notice incorrect address I have had many packages delivered from gls very poor company so then on Monday it states it’s trying to be delivered to someone in the wrong town so I contacted gls and won’t give a answer of where and when today I contacted and they stated one attempt delivery it’s shipped back but we are always home and no one has delivered or showed up and no answers

Worst delivery company to deal with ever!!!
